160 acre getaway tucked in at the end of road with lots of trails to hike, mountain bike, ride ATVs and motor cross. Access to BLM land extends this playground even more! Picturesque meadows and timbered mountain terrain are quiet and peaceful, far from city noise but not far from over a dozen local wineries, as well as the beautiful Umpqua River. Enjoy a float down the river or some top-notch fishing while in the area or simply spend all of your time enjoying nature at the 5K Ranch. For the adventuresome, a hike up the hill to one of the meadows. You'll have numerous trail options and a beautiful view. You may find deer, elk, bobcat, squirrel, skunk, and, yes, Cougar too! For those just wanting to relax, sit back and enjoy the sites and sounds of nature in a comfy spot. You'll see and hear lots of birds, big and small, and other animals as they may possibly wander through. This is truly a natural oasis, so naturally, it also includes poison oak and ticks (seasonally).

Enjoy tiny living in an adorable tiny house. It has two lofted bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and spacious deck. Reconnect with nature at this 160 acre getaway tucked in at the end of road. Explore lots of trails via hike, mountain bike, ATVs or motor cross. Enjoy picturesque meadows and timbered mountain terrain - far from city noise but not far from a dozen local wineries and the beautiful Umpqua River. Sit back and enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. You'll see and hear lots of birds, big and small, and other animals that might wander through. About the utilities: City water is trucked in to a holding tank outside of the tiny house. It works just like the water in your house. We simply ask that please not be wasteful with it. Electricity is plentiful. The toilet is a composting/ waterless toilet. It's super easy to use and there are clear instructions. WiFi is strong and there are 2 Roku TVs. Enjoy!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, warm, cozy cabin in the woods. Enjoy the views from its large windows and the simple pleasure of being off the grid. The rough built cabin features queen size bed, 2 chairs, wood burning stove, quaint covered deck, solar powered electricity and composting toilet. (Please note there is no running water.) Relax and enjoy the simple life! The Lil Cedar Lodge sits on a meadow near the entrance of our 160 acre property. The immediate area surrounding the cabin has several short gently sloping trails as well as a some with more vigorous terrain. They are fabulous for hiking, biking, motocross and ATVs The rock road to the property is smooth and well suited for all vehicles- except low riders ;) The driveway to the cabin itself is a short uphill rock drive.

We loved our stay! Comfortable, cozy little cabin with lots of thoughtful extras! Warm fire, sweet smell of cedar and a view of the trees- heaven on earth!

Good reset from the world

It is secluded and out of the way BUT peaceful and gives you the basics you need to have a reset from life. If it's alone or with another person, it's perfect!

Cozy Base for Adventures!

We stayed in the tiny home and had a nice time! The amenities were comfortable and the tiny house was decorated adorably. Two reservoirs were within a comfortable distance away for paddleboarding, and we loved sitting on the swing outside in the evenings and listening to the birds.

Super cozy spot! Loved the stargazing! Our family of four (including dog) were very comfortable in the cabin. It was clean and quiet in a peaceful setting off the beaten path.

The lil cedar was a perfect getaway. Had everything you would need for a time in the woods without all the hassle of tent camping. The space was so beautiful and cozy, would certainly come back!

We loved our stay here! We made a quick pit stop and wanted to stay in a cabin. This was perfect for us. Our puppy loved being outside and we even took him to get dinner in town. Would definitely recommend to anyone! The host is so sweet! You’ll love staying here ❤️

What a beautiful little gem. This magical cabin made of Pinewood was such a delight to stay in We rested wonderfully after a full day of travel It had all that we needed Very thoughtfully supplied with toiletries as well as a coffee bar Would love to come and stay again🩵

This was a beautiful piece of property. The tiny house was very nice and the hosts thought about almost everything. We enjoyed a nice fire in the fire pit. Cooked steaks on the BBQ and sat back and relaxed watching Netflix. The best part was that there wasn't another person to be seen. The sounds of the forest were amazing. The composting toilet was a new one for me, but it was comfortable and handled the job. Very Impressed with our stay. Amazing people and a lovely little tiny house.

This tiny home was the perfect getaway for us…it had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. We loved sitting out and eating on the large deck. It was a plus to have air conditioning in the evening. Renee was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Amazing secluded tiny house!
Forest Haven Tiny House
This tiny house was one of the better ones I've ever stayed in. It had a lot of great amenities, including a mini split AC / heater to stay comfortable, pour over coffee maker, shower, two loft beds, a grill and seating for 4 outside, and just about everything you'd need! The only thing it didn't have was shampoo / conditioner / body wash so be sure to bring your own. The road to the tiny house turned to gravel at the end but nothing any 2WD car couldn't handle. There was enough parking for 2-3 cars. I really enjoyed this peaceful spot and as a bonus, it was not far off I-5 so I could continue on my trip. Would definitely stay here again!
