Wonderful setting and so much nature to interact with! We saw ducks (frequent occupants of the creek), snakes, fish, frogs, many types of birds, and bunnies. Alongside this we found various traces of larger creatures, like bear scat, so just be smart! The host was informative, kind, and wonderful, and pending upgrades to the property will absolutely have us returning next year. The cabin itself was comfortable and private (made me want to get a squishy mattress topper :) and the various swimming holes and areas to wade in the creek felt isolated while remaining a comfortable distance to the lodgings. Shower facilities were wonderful, porta-potties were clean, and the kitchen (with hot water!) was an amazing amenity. My only con for this camp would be the road noise, but this is not something the host can control and it dies down significantly by night time. Just be aware that some road noise will be present. Highly recommend this hipcamp, and my partner and I will certainly be returning.

We loved our little cabin that we rented. It was a easy walk to the creek and the bathrooms. The hot shower was a highlight of the stay. We could not have asked for a better host for our first time using Hipcamp. We will be returning and recommend them to others.

The cabin was perfect! Everything was very clean. There was plenty of space for lounging and eating on the deck. The view from the cabin was great and being right next to the water was amazing on a hot weekend. We will absolutely be back again!

Beautiful little private campground. Our stay was So Peaceful and So Relaxing! We didn't want to leave.
Brenda, the owner/host, was an absolute jewel! She made our stay so memorable.
The Cabin in the Trees was so charming and welcoming. The cabin and bathhouse, the whole campground were very clean and maintained.
The property is secluded and private with blackberries to pick and creek running through it. Floating in the creek was refreshing and Tranquil and the blackberries were so sweet! Hearing the chickens and ducks just added to the charm of Creekside Farm and Roost.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again soon!

We loved camping with Brenda. She was a great host, and made us feel the most welcome. The ground are beyond what is shown in the listing. It's a lovely set up that makes your stay so easy and smooth. We played in the creek day and night! The tent set up was spacious and set up so we could have some space and privacy between families, but also feel like we're group camping. There are two other little cabins on the property, and it did not feel like we were camping all together. Great experience, would love to return!

We loved staying in the retro RV for a night! The farm is beautiful and Brenda is friendly. I only wish we’d had more than a night. We didn’t even get to explore it all properly. We’ll be back for sure!

Brenda communicated very proactively and was easy to work with.
Kitchen was stocked up with tools and had a propane two burner stove which was awesome.
Our group was big and everyone fit at the site.
We had an afternoon rainstorm and sat it out under the lovely covered deck.
Would recommend to the groups looking to get out but still have some basic resources like water and bathrooms.

I loved this spot! Lovely guest, beautiful grounds and a clear river to splash around in. Dog friendly and lots of trails.. there’s a shared kitchen but the fire pit and dining area was perfect for cooking and eating dinner. Highly recommend, thank you!

Brenda's farm has become an extraordinary retreat, marking my sixth year of enjoyable visits. I find great pleasure in the tranquil creek, the spacious kitchen makes meal preparations enjoyable, and the firepit is perfect for a relaxing evening.

It was so nice to be next to creek on a hot day. The tiny cabin was so cute and clean. Two of us slept in the cabin and the rest two set a tent next to the cabin and slept in it. The deck has a great view and the fire pit setting was very nice.
We would love to go back again.

I loved our experience on Brenda's property. The stream running through the middles was so peaceful and fun to float in. Brenda gave us a tour of her farm and let my five year old get eggs from the chickens, veggies from her garden, and even feed the goats and pig. We had so much fun that we promptly booked another trip out! The hospitality we experienced was above and beyond what we expected. This will definitely become a family tradition each summer!

The cabin was perfect, close to the communal showers and kitchen but felt completely private! The property is stunning with beautiful hiking paths and a cool clear creek deep enough to swim. Brenda was warm and welcoming, provided firewood and fresh veggies from her garden. She even loaned us some disc's for her disk golf course. We loved her property so much we are thinking of having our camping wedding here.

Beautiful view from the deck, overlooking the creek. Comfortable queen bed, and we were able to fit a small cot for our kid. No electricity, but that was fine for us.

We had the best glamping trip possible!! Brenda was such a sweet host! She showed us around her farm and garden. The kids got to feed the animals and even picked veggies from her personal garden! The creek was the best part. The icing on the cake was getting to use the outdoor kitchen and showers. I loved how cozy the cabin was and hearing the creek as we went to sleep. I was 8 months pregnant and still was able to really relax and get around just fine. I can't wait to come back next year!

2018 Retro Trailer by Creek
My family and I had lots of fun staying here. We played some Frisbee golf, showered outside, picked some raspberries and pet the cat, dog and the goats. The pig and goats enjoyed some veggies we had as well as some scratches. It was nice to be in the wilderness and away from the city and just enjoy the rushing water sounds.

My self and a friend stayed in the trailer. I expected a guttedout,no frills. Wrong. It's fully stocked! Very cute and comfy. The property owners are great, friendly and informative. We got a farm tour from the"crazy chicken lady". I love chickens, beautiful variety. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCED PROS AT ALL LEVELS. The place is beautifully designed and maintained in a wild setting. I'll be back just for the soothing picturesque creekside. Now the ONLY downside, we are older gal's with weak bladders and the toddling all night with my legs crossed to the portables trying not to wet myself wasn't comfortable and my friend had a gut issue flare up. Each camp is assigned their own portable toilet, LOVE that, so you can set up your own with personal supplies and they stay as clean as you keep it. All this was really minimal. One review mentioned the road noise. We did notice passing vehicles but I live in a city. Dead quiet is what I notice more!!! The shower outside is nice , airy and hot water 🥰. Oh and the town of Molalla is close for supplies,stores,and restaurants. (We cooked over the campfire.)

2018 Retro Trailer by Creek
This is a sweet little spot! I’ve stayed here twice, when a group of friends rented the campsite across the creek. It affords just the right amount of distance and a great nights rest! There are a lot of creature comforts while still being right next to the creek and on a cute little farm.

Such a sweet campground! They haveveveytnung you really need including a sink, plug in, water connection and fire pit. But more than that the creek is so lovely and the land is so green and full of life. The family that owns the property are so nice and have a ton of farm animals that we’re perfect for the kids to feed and pet. Honestly this place is the best kept secret in Molalla!

We loved staying on Brenda’s property with our community group. We easily pitched our five tents with plenty of room in between. We were a little nervous about the sound from our toddler and five-month-old, but there was PLENTY of space in between. The site had everything you might need and more.
I could see it being a bit much if someone where to stay in the cabin, but our group was able to use all of the amenities available and feel like we were on our own.
Looking forward to coming back again!

We had a great time and the hosts were helpful and kind. Just a couple things that were not up to our expectations. Neighbors were closer than expected, the main house takes away from the ambiance, and being an older couple staying in the tiny creekside cabin it was quite a distance to the porta potty for middle of the night trips.

Wonderful place with wonderful hosts! This was our second visit. I brought my son here for a special mama-son trip to escape from rough COVID times a couple years ago and this summer he made a special request that we come back to this same spot again. We thoroughly enjoyed it both times and I plan to try to return again with the whole fam next summer.
Brenda and Tim are both so friendly and helpful. Brenda let my son take the goats for a walk which he LOVED and they very thoughtfully brought over roasting sticks and firewood and offered us to help ourselves from their beautiful, bountiful garden.
The cabin is cozy and comfy and the camp kitchen, portapots, and showers make this a very easy, comfortable place to camp with kids. Between the great amenities, the cute farm animals, the beautiful creek, the delicious blackberries, and the lovely walking trails, this is definitely one of my favorite spots for family camping. We'll be back for sure!

Our family had a great time at Creekside. The mixed accommodations (cabin/RV/tent spots) were just what our group was looking for and we appreciated being able to reserve it all and having the place to ourselves. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek and the kitchen set up was great especially when we had a little bit of rain. And the fresh vegetables were a delicious surprise.

Tiny Creekside Cabin.
There were a few hiccups regarding our stay. Although the website said that the cabin sleeps six, it actually only sleeps two. There were five of us. Brenda said she would be able to put us in the camper that sleeps six. Upon arrival, though, we were told that the camper was double booked and no longer available to us. Rae, Brenda's daughter in law, was extremely gracious, however. She provided a tent, the small cabin, and a guest room off the main house. We all had a place to sleep. She also provided us with pots and pans and something to cook on. The grounds were pretty and the creek running through the campground was refreshing. The kids had a great time interacting with the other guests. Shout out to Rae for saving the day!

Another great weekend Creekside!

We had a great time staying at Brenda’s land. The creek was nice and cool, the goats were friendly, the kids caught crawfish, the blackberries were ripe, and we made a big taco bar group dinner feast. The kitchen area was great for prepping food, eating, and just hanging out. Before we left Brenda let us help ourselves to a bunch of extra garden veggies, thanks!
Things to bring: We brought propane camping stoves to cook on. I strung up some white Christmas lights for some nice evening ambiance as the one big fluorescent light is a bit bright after dark. I brought a propane fire pit as well, and we all enjoyed that down by the fire ring. Bring tubes/floaties for hanging out in the creek.
Re: the previous review about yellow jackets, we had some, but that is common at most campgrounds in August as they’ve been eating food scraps all summer! No one was stung, we just kept food covered up if no one was eating it.
This was my third time visiting and I plan on going back!
