The perfect spot to land after a long adventure. Come have a fire, adventure through the forest or the property, say hey to free ranging chickens and ducks. Beautiful waterfalls and swimming area just a short drive away or head to the boat launch at the end of the street for a dip.Nestled beside a beautiful willow tree beside our century-old barn, this spacious campsite offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and country charm. Enjoy plenty of natural shade on hot summer days, easy pull-through access with no tricky three-point turns, and lots of room to spread out with family and friends. Take in peaceful views of our meadows and the surrounding forest, gather around the large fire pit in the evening, star gaze at the light-pollution-free sky full of stars or wander the walking paths throughout the property. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to relax or a basecamp for exploring the area, you’ll find both here. Located in the scenic Trent River region between Havelock and Campbellford, you’re just minutes from local shops, restaurants, and essential amenities. Spend the day exploring nearby attractions like Crowe Bridge Conservation Area and its picturesque waterfalls, relax at Hastings Beach, paddle or fish on the Trent-Severn Waterway, browse local farmers’ markets, or discover the charming small towns that make this area so special. After a day of adventure, come back, light a campfire, listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy the slower pace of country life.
