Escape to 80 private acres of open pasture, rolling hills, seasonal creek bottoms, and peaceful ponds. Guests have the property entirely to themselves and may choose their own campsite—settle beside an open field, find a secluded corner, or park your RV near the electrical hookup. This quiet, primitive retreat is made for stargazing, photography, wildlife watching, campfires, and simply getting away from it all. Deer, wild hogs, turkeys, coyotes, birds, and occasionally cattle may pass through, so expect an authentic countryside experience. SUVs are recommended. Guests may explore the property by vehicle, although rain can make the roads and ground muddy. An RV electrical hookup is available, along with a functional but very rustic outhouse. There is no potable water, so bring all the water and supplies you will need. Pets are welcome, but the property is not fully secure and contains wildlife. Owners are responsible for keeping pets safe and under control. Campfires are welcome when conditions are safe and no burn ban is in effect. Hunting is not permitted. Please pack out everything you bring and leave the land as peaceful and beautiful as you found it. The property is gated and approximately 15 minutes from town. Entry instructions and the gate code will be provided before arrival. The shed is private, locked, and strictly off-limits to guests.

Enjoy open space, fresh air and nature. One RV hook up available. Camp anywhere you like within the property. Electrical is available next to the shed and outhouse available.
