We are making a 5 acre abandoned fish farm into our homestead. Here you will find quiet sounds of nature. As much catch and release fishing as you desire with a duck or chicken crossing by. We offer kayaking. This is a primitive spot with fire ring. Carry in, carry out type camping. We can help out with electric if needed.

Beautiful and very clean. The fire pits were well stocked and the night sky was clear and dark, wonderful stargazing. Heather is a very accommodating host.

Very nice and helpful people. Place is beautiful and fishing was great! caught two catfish 5 bass some blue gill over 2 nights. Definitely recommend!!

It was nice open and breezy. Heather and her husband were very helpful with me backing in to my spot. They are very accommodating and nice. I would definitely stay here again if it’s on my way to any of my future destinations.

The Overlook
Heather is wonderful!! And the space her & her husband have cultivated so far is amazing. They are both super nice and adventure-minded and I felt very welcomed. Definitely a very family friendly spot but great for the solo traveler as well. Would definitely stay again.

Pond camping!!

The Overlook
Camping here was amazing! Heather and her family were very welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable on their land. Seeing all the fish in the ponds was definitely a unique experience. My family and I loved it! There was plenty of space for our 2 young boys to run and get some energy out after a long drive. Lighting a camp fire at the edge of one of the ponds on a clear night was a perfect way to end the day. Thank you Heather and family! We are already thinking of a time when we can return to enjoy your land once again.
