It's a cheap, close to asheville place to park for the night. I wouldn't choose for amenities but it works for what we used it for. Pretty neighborhood too

If parking only is needed, it is fine, fairly close driving distance to town and Biltmore ( 20-30 minutes). If bathroom facilities are needed, it is awkward. One must enter a musty, cluttered ground floor garage, climb narrow steps to the upstairs to use a guest bath. It works, but is awkward and uncomfortable.

It's a private, lovely spot. To inform the other reviewer, those were pine trees that have branches that suddenly sag after a rain. My Toyota camper didn't touch a branch.

Low trees on the driveway - scratched the roof and solar panels and AC on top of our new sprinter van. If you are taller than 6 feet, you will have the same problems.

There is access to a bathroom. The privacy was good for me. She is located just outside downtown Asheville. Easy access. The outdoor space is far away from neighbors but a bit small. At the top of steep driveway.

Linda is fantastic, it's safe here, in a quiet residential neighborhood close to downtown Asheville. There are occasional bears in the woods, but if you leave them alone, they leave you alone!

Had a nice overnight stay at Mary Lindas place in Asheville. Great location to explore the city. She was gracious enough to allow bathroom privileges, which was great.

Mary Linda was an excellent host. Great location. Our van was a little too big for her location (and we ended up having our car) but she accommodated for us to fit in her driveway.

Linda is a lovely, private host and her place sits up a hill from the quiet, arboreal neighbor street outside Asheville. Very peaceful, secluded, safe place to park for the night, and the ground is level.
Enjoy a long morning walk and your tailgate coffee/breakfast with access to a clean bathroom and hot shower inside. Great Wifi signal where you park too. Just ask for the password. :) I did notice a Penny Cup Coffee shop only 5 minutes away.

This location was very convenient to downtown and to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I ate dinner downtown and did a bike ride on BRP in the morning.

Host was very nice. Space is small but perfect for our van camper. Close to the iltmire and a nice nature center. We were able to use her shower which was a plus. Quiet safe neighborhood

Mary Linda was a great body to us. Or only issues were confusion about the dimensions of the site for our camper and the steep driveway. We enjoyed a great stay in Asheville and are so grateful she had a spot available.

So convenient! Mary Linda was very flexible and accommodating. We stayed for a quick night just to sleep and it was a very easy stay, especially if you’re traveling and on the road!

Great spot for class b rv in Mary Linda’s driveway. Quiet and level at the base of the mountains/hills in Haw Creek. 20 minutes to Biltmore. Visit from momma bear and two cubs. We heard them coming.

Mary Linda was very accommodating of our late arrival and went the extra mile to help us during this strange no gas period in NC. We are in a camper van so pulled up happily behind the garage and stayed the night. Not a huge amount of space for any RV bigger than us I would imagine. The toilet and shower use was a great touch, clean and available. Safe and beautiful location very close to downtown

Mary Linda’s site was perfect for our needs and a VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE as far as location and neighborhood. Park-like setting, complete with a stream and astounding views!! She was a wonderful host and we truly loved her hospitality :). DEFINITELY a redo if we are in the area again.

Mary Linda is a gem. This spot is perfect if you have a small camper (we have a tear drop camper) or are a van camper. Quiet, beautiful location just a few miles from everything in Asheville. Nice, level spot and access to her beautiful grounds, it was the perfect location for us to rest while in town.

A good stay. Flat spot on the driveway to park, so we got a good night sleep. Clean bathroom. You do walk through the host"s living area to get to the bathroom. Nice host. Pretty close to downtown Asheville. Took me roughly 10 minutes to tunnel road.

I decided to drive to Asheville from Alabama at the spur of the moment and I needed a place to stay. Due to COVID, I didn’t feel comfortable at a hotel, and I found this app, along with Mary Linda's ad. I advised her that i didn't have an RV or van but was looking for somewhere safe to sleep in my car for the night. Mary Linda was quick to respond to any questions I had. She allowed me to use her wifi so I could work on my laptop. The neighborhood is very quiet.
