Learn more about this land: Surrounded by 3 rivers, one w class 4 rapids or lazy float down the river. Country club across the road w golf, tennis and pool. Music events on the Hay Barn Stage! Deer and turkey galore, bald eagles to Bob cats among the various critters on this nature preserve. Horse breeding operation lends views of mama and babies frolicking in the deep grassy fields. We breed critically endangered Cleveland Bay horses and Irish wolfhounds. Olympic jump arena and grass jump fields and orchards With stalls available for your horses. The wooded trails are beautiful year round and we occasionally fox/ coyote hunt on horseback following hounds in the oldest sport wearing formal attire, a thrill to see.

      Overlook Farm Wellness Retreat
      Had a wonderful time at Overlook Farm. Abby and Kiwi greeted us, gave us a tour of the property and Made us feel like we were family. Beautiful property! Will definitely return when we are in the area.
