Welcome to NC GRT, a 20+ acre outdoor space that hosts seasonal pop-up markets and events in Dunn, North Carolina. We share an easement with the Dunn-Erwin Rail Trail, a 5.3-mile walking and biking path that connects the two towns. The property is also conveniently located less than three miles from Downtown Dunn. A small creek cuts through the property and flows into the Black River, which serves as our back property line. The water is easily accessible from a walking trail adjacent to the lot. Whether you are here for an event or looking to explore the natural surroundings, you will find a perfect blend of convenience and outdoor beauty.We have 5 sites available for your RV! We can accommodate up to 40 feet in length. There are multiple firepits to choose from, as well as hammocks! Our property backs up to the Black River. Bring your pets, but please note this property is not fenced. Your pet should be leashed at all times as well as cleaned up after. Come bring your swimsuits and enjoy a peaceful slice of paradise close to the Black River!
