Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a gated year round solo RV site with full hook ups, firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash station, and trash service provided by your host in the nightly rate. ADDITIONALLY, you can enhance your stay by adding any of the FIVE EXTRA AMENITIES before checking out. Extras which are available for a one time fee are onsite which include a partially covered lighted outdoor shelter with a grill, bar sink, bar stools, and infrared heater above the couch to warm up on those chilly nights. This outdoor covered porch can be added to your stay in the extras sections if you so choose. The hot tub and outdoor shower are also available for rent for a one time charge under the extras section. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Rv'ing with a friend? No problem, you can add one additional RV to your booking. Our site can accommodate two large rigs. If these items are not needed then you can still use the site only at the nightly price. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site. Come enjoy this one of a kind unique luxury RV dwelling site in the Asheville Area.

Allowed rigs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, cars, truck campers, and rooftop tents
We have full sewer, power, and water hook ups for 2 rigs. Camper vans or converted buses that have bathroom facilities inside your conversion are just fine. There is a sewer dump available for those that do not have any bathroom accommodations in their vehicle or it can be packed out. Onsite toilet is in process and will be available later this year.

Exactly as described. Really lovely place with great amenities. Depending on the size of your rig, you may have a bit of trouble getting turned around, so just be mindful of that. There were good hiking trails within 20-30 minutes and a great little creek about 2 minutes away that the doggos loved swimming in. But, do take note that there isn't anywhere to actually walk your pups if traveling with them without leaving the area and driving down the road a bit to either the fenced in public park/swimming pool (and the fence is not 100% secure and there's no shade) or the gravel road that goes by the farm, which is pretty lightly traveled and made for a good walk. Minor things to note but definitely not deal breakers. Great host communication.

Beautiful, well kept campsite! Easy to pull in and set up. Level and well thought out. Camp hosts were very nice and responsive. Only had a small issue and someone was there right away and very kind. Just what we needed! Peace and rest.

Wonderful spot near Asheville made it easy to come and go to area attractions. Secluded site with nice additional amenities that can be added on if needed. Hosts were great and very responsive. Would come back for sure.

Great communication and an excellent site, and quiet. It can be tricky to get a good downhill run to the dump station, depending on where you park. If you watch the side of the hill late at night, you might see some blue fireflies down low.

We loved camping on Nate’s land! It was spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The additional add on amenities were great. We added the hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and the WiFi. Super fun to have the access to the outdoor area. Close proximity to town and about 20 min to everything. We would definitely visit this site again!

This was a pretty nice spot! We included the hot tub which was perfect after long days of hiking or enjoying some coffee in the morning. Only about a 20 minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway and lots of other areas for a good hike not to far away! Saw a turkey in the woods and lots of birds singing to you in the morning.

Our family of 6 had a great time camping at this site! Hosts had excellent communication. The site was very well maintained, and the outdoor kitchen, hot tub and fireplace were perfect for relaxing. The view is great, and the location was great. Would highly recommend!

Second time staying. Definitely coming back soon. The hot tub is such a great amenity to have and so is the Wi-Fi. You’re secluded and off the road with plenty of privacy yet close enough to still go out and do everything you wanna do.

The site is exactly as lovely as the listing describes. The hosts are kind and helpful and the site is spotless with every amenity in top quality. The area lost power due to bad weather and the hosts were helpful with outage updates and site fixes that were electric company related. The camp was private, scenic, and convenient. The drive into the city was quick and easy. Our stay over a winter holiday was perfect and we were so glad we picked this site to make us comfortable for winter camping.

An Unforgettable First Hipcamp Stay

This was my first-ever Hipcamp stay, and even though the weather was freezing, I absolutely loved it. The site is beautiful, private, and extremely well cared for. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having plenty of firewood and kindling provided was such a welcome touch on cold nights. Even in the cold, I was still able to enjoy the outdoor shower and hot tub, which made the stay feel extra special. The stargazing was amazing — dark skies, quiet surroundings, and total peace. The host’s communication was superb from start to finish — clear, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made my first Hipcamp experience feel easy and stress-free. For those newer to towing like myself, the drive in has a bit of elevation, but it’s manageable and absolutely worth it once you’re settled in. Overall, this was a fantastic introduction to Hipcamp. I felt safe, comfortable, and truly relaxed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, private, and well-equipped RV spot near Asheville.

We had a wonderful stay at this camper site. It was peaceful, clean, and incredibly relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. The extra amenities really made the experience special. We highly recommend adding the jacuzzi and grill; they were well worth it and took our stay to the next level. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to unwind!

My family loved this Asheville retreat! This was our first time in the area and although it was a short trip, it was mighty! Jam packed full of tons of touristy activities within the city, but also exploring trails and sights along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nate and Stephanie’s place was the perfect distance to not be too far away, allowing us to enjoy the evening out from under the city lights, but also still close enough to all of the various activities that we did. Throughout everything we did, my son (7) said the hot tub was his favorite part. It’s also worth mentioning that when the hosts found out we were arriving well after dark, they made the effort to turn the lights on for us, which most definitely helped with our arrival. Nate and Stephanie, thank you for allowing us to call your place “home”. We look forward to returning again some day!

What an incredible find! This Hipcamp site delivered the perfect blend of secluded nature and premium comfort. It truly felt like a private, luxurious escape nestled in the woods. The covered amenity area was a game-changer. The rustic wood counter and comfy seating were great, and the patio heater made spending time outdoors cozy even on a chilly evening. The real highlight, though, was the hot tub—it was clean, and ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking.
