Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a gated year round solo RV site with full hook ups, firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash station, and trash service provided by your host in the nightly rate. ADDITIONALLY, you can enhance your stay by adding any of the FIVE EXTRA AMENITIES before checking out. Extras which are available for a one time fee are onsite which include a partially covered lighted outdoor shelter with a grill, bar sink, bar stools, and infrared heater above the couch to warm up on those chilly nights. This outdoor covered porch can be added to your stay in the extras sections if you so choose. The hot tub and outdoor shower are also available for rent for a one time charge under the extras section. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Rv'ing with a friend? No problem, you can add one additional RV to your booking. Our site can accommodate two large rigs. If these items are not needed then you can still use the site only at the nightly price. Remember, your nightly rate includes a bike wash or pet wash station to clean up after a day of exploring the Asheville area, firewood, kindling, and trash service are always included in your nightly price. 0ur site is only 10 miles to downtown Asheville and 8 miles to the Biltmore Estate. Nearby are some local Breweries and ice cream shops as well. Enjoy local area mountain hikes, biking trails, and go for a drive or hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway nearby.  The solo RV site is private and tucked up into the mountain yet conveniently accessible to the main roads in our area. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site. What an incredible find! This Hipcamp site delivered the perfect blend of secluded nature and premium comfort. It truly felt like a private, luxurious escape nestled in the woods. The covered amenity area was a game-changer. The rustic wood counter and comfy seating were great, and the patio heater made spending time outdoors cozy even on a chilly evening. The real highlight, though, was the hot tub—it was clean, and ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking.

Very nice setup close to hiking and Asheville’s eateries and breweries. The setup really made our trip. We had a lot of rain. Enjoyed our stay immensely. The hosts were gracious and we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay.

Beautiful and private location. Neighborhood felt very safe and inviting. Hot tub was a nice extra. Hosts were very accommodating and communicated everything clearly. We will be back!!

This is a perfect spot to set up base for exploring the Asheville area. Very private, lots of space for a large RV, and great amenities. We loved having the hot tub to relax in sitting under the trees. Communication was great and everything is super well maintained.

This was a great site! Very private and quiet! They take great care of the site. Very clean and organized. Hot tub drained and cleaned after every stay. The deck is great! They are very responsive to messages in Hipcamp. We will be back again!

Chill weekend getaway

This space is perfect, we brought our popup tent trailer and fully enjoyed the use of the grill and hot tub (we almost didn’t add those things, DO IT you’ll be so glad). Really quiet and secluded, sometimes you hear a car going by but it’s minimal. Our dog enjoyed walking around on his tie and smelling all the smells, and it’s fun to be a close drive to Turgua Brewing for a moment to step away. This site is actually only 20 minutes from our house, that’s how excited we were to stay on Nate’s land. He also sent the best prep info, great details but simple enough to read through. Next time we will probably add another day, it was that lovely :)

We loved our weekend at this site! We had a good size group and there was plenty of room for our rigs and people. The outdoor kitchen set up was amazing and the everyone loved the hot tub! The site is very convenient to local hikes and places which made it easy to get out and do activities but quick to come back and relax! Nate is a great and responsive host as well. We highly recommend this place and hopefully will be back soon!

The site is exactly as advertised—very nice with all the amenities you’d expect from a large RV park. It’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for getting away and relaxing. We added the hot tub add-on, and it was very clean and worked perfectly. The temperature setting was just right. The outdoor grill and bar were nice, but we didn’t add them however If I were in a small RV, I’d appreciate the extra room and outdoor grill. The hosts provide helpful videos with arrival and departure details, which makes navigating to and from the site a breeze. However, there’s one low tree on the corner of the last turn that’s a concern for tall rigs. I have a large fifth wheel that’s 13’ 2”, and the roof cleared the canopy, but the ACs didn’t. Thankfully, I didn’t sustain any damage. Despite this minor issue, I will rent the site again in the future and look forward to the next visit.

This was a great camp spot. The feeling of being remote but within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The host was super responsive and the amenities were really nice. 10/10 recommend booking the hot tub and outdoor shelter.

Great spot for visiting Asheville. The site was clean and the host was wonderful and very responsive. We have a 39’ bumper pull, was tight getting turned around but easy if you take your time. Was well worth the stay on a very private and clean camp site. The hot tub and grill area were immaculate. Absolutely recommend! Thank you!

Beautiful property! Very easy in/out with a 39ft class a towing a car dolly. Very private and quiet. Would stay here again for sure! Stayed two nights.

We loved our stay at Nate’s private camp site. They turned the lights on for us since we arrived after dark, so when we pulled up to the gate to enter it was so magical! The lot is level, and the outdoor kitchen and lounge area was clean, and had everything we needed in it. We used the grill and the hot tub. I loved that there was a hot water shower! It was the perfect place for our quick trip. We will definitely be back!

Secluded but close enough to explore Ashville area easily. Considering it rained and was chilly all weekend, the hot tub was an exceptional bonus!! Great communication and flexibility!! Even though we didn't see the lost cows, we saw plenty of deer.

Site was clean and spacious. Felt private but close to plenty of amenities. Nate was very responsive to questions and worked hard to make our stay as perfect as possible. We rented the hot tub as well and it was clean and well maintained.

Great spot! Very secluded but still reasonably close to all Asheville sites! Beautiful views of the night sky. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing and I couldn’t recommend more highly! Hosts are nice very responsive! Would absolutely stay again!
