Welcome to Whispering River Farm, a peaceful countryside retreat tucked along the gentle flow of the West Branch of the Delaware River in upstate New York. Surrounded by open fields, woodland edges, and the calming sounds of nature, this farm offers a quiet escape from the noise of everyday life. Guests can unwind beside the water, explore the property’s natural beauty, and enjoy the slow rhythm of rural living. Whether you're pitching a tent or parking your RV, the spacious setting provides plenty of room to relax, breathe, and reconnect with nature. The farm is home to a mix of wildlife, seasonal changes, and scenic views that make every stay unique—from misty mornings over the river to golden sunsets across the fields. It’s an ideal spot for stargazing, reading by the water, or simply enjoying the stillness. Conveniently located within reach of nearby towns and Route 17, you’ll have access to local markets, dining, and attractions while still feeling completely immersed in nature. Whispering River Farm is perfect for couples, families, and solo travelers looking for a grounded, peaceful getaway in the heart of New York’s countryside.There are 3 defined sites. 140 ft of river front to be shared. No water or power hook ups. No dump station. Boondocking only. Plenty of room for drift boat trailers.

What a great camping spot. The owner was very caring and easy to communicate with. I would stay here over state campsite anyday of week. Also the cows are awesome. And the fishing is legendary

Beautiful stay at this camp site. Connected to a field with cows which was so cool. No noise/smell but could be a consideration if bringing a dog. Our kids loved it! Also happy there were no other sites taken, privacy would definitely be less. Great for a group! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Erika was super communicative! The site was spacious and clean. Easy access to the river. Saw a bunch of deer. And, I’m pretty sure there was a beaver doing beaver things.

Highly recommend Whispering River F

Erika was everything one would want in a host. From almost the moment I reserved a camp site Erika was in communication. As it turned out, the night before my reservation a EF-1 tornado tore through Erika’s community, doing considerable property damage and blocking roads with fallen trees. Again, Erika was in touch providing me with updates and options, including the option to keep my reservation even though she was dealing with the aftermath of the tornado. I was very happy with the site which is right on the banks of the West Branch. I enjoyed watching all the river related wildlife such as baby otters, eagles, and rising trout. I would recommend Whispering River to anyone looking for a private location along the river.

Great location on the Delaware

Erika hospitality and property went above and beyond my expectations. Great access to the West Branch on a nice run. The fishing was tough, but it always is here. Can't wait to come back.

We had a great time at this campsite! The host communicated very well and allowed us some flexibility. I will say that no one else was at the 2 other sites when we stayed which was nice since the sites were all quite close to each other. I would definitely come back again.
