Restored pine plantation and fruit orchard (active restoration in progress). No PortaJohn. No running water. Guests must have their own water and restrooms. Owner lives on the premises.

This is a very beautiful location along the Ausable river, easy walk to dining and a nice bakery. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
