Easy access, and nice spot with beautiful view. There are some farm stay trailer setups nearby, but still felt private enough. Toilet is composting, so paper in the trash, which may not be for everyone. I like the hippy-ish vibe.

The view was incredible, however my camp site was downwind of the pig enclosure. It was quite annoying when the wind was blowing. 😷

I had a great stay. The store is wonderful! I bought everything from organic catnip to duck eggs! Definitely a great place to get away alone or take the family.

I LOVED staying on this quaint farm. Cooking in the tunnel was nice and there was no shortage of animal friends. The views were incredible and I’ll never complain about having a toilet close by! I look forward to staying longer next time :)

My wife and I had the most wonderful time camping here. Awesome little tent spot that has an amazing view. At night was clear and you could see so many stars. It was truly amazing. Cute little shop on the property with free coffee and food and drinks that you can purchase for a low price.
Awesome coffee shop right down the road and a couple lakes near by. Definitely recommend.

This was an adorable farm, the animals are awesome. I’m in love with donkeys!!! A couple of the farm cats like to greet you and are so sweet!! If you have any concerns just report them and they will be dealt with quickly so you can enjoy your stay. The bathroom is accessible 24/7 as is the farm store. I bought some pepper jelly and blueberry jam, I haven’t tried it yet, but I guarantee you it’s delicious. It is beautiful, no matter which campsite you go to so just remember to bring your camera

States there is bath/shower facilities, there are not. Camping areas very poorly maintained, tall grass and weeds. No one around to answer questions.

An amazing farm property with amenities and a farm store with cheap fresh produce, snacks, homemade goat soap and more! This was a great first hipcamp and one I would love to return to. The owners clearly made a thoughtful effort in crafting this experience.

The farm was beautiful, with lots of fun animals around and an amazing view. The farm store was cute and the bathroom was great. Melissa was very accommodating and made sure I had somewhere dry to set up my tent because it was raining during my stay. And I made friends with the farm cats!

Cool spot with the cows and donkeys as neighbours. We were pleased to have access to a shower and to a shelter during the intense storm. Nice walk around the fields.

Melissa had a lot of lovely, interesting farm animals (had earplugs, so the roosters weren't a concern in the early AM). The campsite had nice views, and Melissa met us to get us situated. She was very accommodating, since I hadn't given a specific arrival time. Washroom facilities are very rustic, but still have everything you need.

My boyfriend, Jonah and I stayed at PB Farm for 5 days and 4 nights during Solar Eclipse weekend 2024. We absolutely fell in love with the farm, all the animals, and Melissa, of course! Melissa is a 5 star host and goes above and beyond to ensure all her guests are comfortable. It was snowing the first night we came up so she offered us a different, much warmer spot on the farm so we weren't freezing! Thank you, Melissa!
We came during the rainy season so rain boots were required pretty much all the time, even when out and exploring.
The land is absolutely stunning. Rolling hills for miles! We don't mind strong smells or getting our hands a little dirty, so PB Farm was perfect for us, the price for 5 days was just unbeatable for the amenities! We had a field day in the farm store buying all sorts of homemade goodies!
We also made so many friends with the barn cats (and the hay kittens) and we are already planning our next stay! We can't wait to come back. ✨️👩🌾🐖🚜🐄🐱❤️

Melissa’s land was just as expected, even better! My dog and I setup camp for one night and felt very secure. The farm animals are a lovely addition and kept my pup very intrigued. Wish we had the time to stay one more night.

I had a peaceful overnight stay. It was exactly as presented on hipcamp. I forgot matches to start my campfire and Melissa lent me one. There were tons of Goldfinches at sundown. I would recommend Melissa's lovely space and hope to return.

We loved our tent camping site! The view was spectacular and the site was spacious. Hot shower and the toilet were definitely huge plus!! Thanks so much for helping us make a fire! Mellisa’s place is AMAZING. I wish I leave close so that I can revisit as often as I want.

What a peaceful and serene location in the NY countryside. We car camped and had complete privacy behind a small hill overlooking wild farmland with a beautiful sunrise view. The farm store was such a nice addition - full of all sorts of goodies, soaps, fresh vegetables, meat, canned goods, camping supplies, toiletries and a free library for the kiddos. Keurig coffee was free! The bathroom was very clean, especially the shower and easy to access. We didn't use them but there are trails beyond the camping area along the property. Would definitely stay here again.
