Named during the pandemic, "Camp COVID Site 19" was born out of our desire to camp, as we weren't able to go camping anywhere! This camp is the back half of our property, located in the village of Tannersville. Camp is divided from our personal yard by a fence. The camp is also completely fenced in once the driveway gates are closed, allowing your pets to safely be off leash if you wish! A long stone driveway leads to camp, with a flat spot to park your skoolie, motorhome, or vehicle. There is a creek running along the entire back side of our property, outside of the fenced in area, which you can access by walking a few feet though the gates under the Camp COVID sign. We have a new bon fire pit in the center of camp, and fires are allowed as long as there is no burn ban in effect. Firewood is on site, and can be added on for $10 per night. We have 2 water hook ups and one 15 amp electric hook up on site, we just ask that you do not run an A/C unit as it will trip our main breaker. There is a dump station at North South Lake State Park and Campground only minutes away in Haines Falls. Instructions and rules are posted in the bath house which has an on demand hot water shower and a composting toilet. There is a garbage can for your convienece which is located in the shed which must be kept closed to avoid black bears visiting! There is a covered dried in area to the left of the shed. We have a half barrel charcoal grill with a flat top griddle as well as several grill grates. One of the grill grates also fits over the fire pit if you prefer fire cooking! There is an RV on site that will not be occupied during your stay, please do not enter, thank you! Come and stay and say hi!

    Angie’s land was a beautiful little oasis. Easy access to the creek was everything we needed. Bathroom facilities were a dream. Highly recommend!

    My family (pack) and I had such a wonderful time at Camp Covid Sit 19! Angie was an amazing host and this site felt very special. There's a lot of love that went into the entire set up and being able to let our pups all off leash was wonderful! We have two big boys and a corgi pup, and it was very safe~ there were no openings in the fencing! So big and little pups are all good here ^^ The site felt private and like a slice of serenity~ We definitely aim to come back to this site, hopefully for longer!!!

    The campsite was absolutely wonderful. The facilities were thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need: comfortable chairs, a fire pit, a fully equipped cooking station with a gas grill (fuel provided), and even an on-demand hot shower. All we had to do was set up our tent and relax. The location is tucked within a residential area, which makes it very quiet in the evenings and far more private than staying at a busy public campground. It’s an ideal home base if you’re looking to explore the surrounding area. That said, if your goal is complete seclusion and a truly remote experience, this might not be the perfect fit. Overall, I would highly recommend this campsite to anyone visiting the area who wants a convenient, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay.

    This place was far above expectations. The site is in town but fairly private, abuts a nice stream and is flat. What really stands out are the amenities and facilities. Power and water are very handy if you've been boondocking. More importantly is the amazing bath house and covered cooking area. Angie has a great eye for detail and most definitely has artistic talents. Everywhere you look, there is something fun to check out and all things function just right and are well thought out. We didn't have a fire but there is a great fire pit, nice chairs, and ample nice wood for burning available. We didn't meet Angie, but we did meet her husband who is very nice and a pleasure to chat with. Lots of good hiking and things to see in the area. as well.

    Great Spot! Everything you need is right there. Angie & family are super accommodating and helpful with information on the area. Their site is in the little town of Tannersville which is a great home-base for day trips to a TON of hiking trails and other fun Catskills towns. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be going back! Thanks Angie!

    I loved camping at this site! A wonderful place ran by wonderful people! They truly went above and beyond with making sure my stay was extra great! I really appreciated everything and though my stay was short I would come back and recommend this site to everyone!

    This was such a peaceful place to stay. It was very beautiful back amongst the trees. All directions/instructions were very easy to follow.

    Angie's Camp COVID Site 19 is an amazing spot in the Catskills. It is tucked in the back of their property and affords ample privacy while still being walking distance to town. We were greeted a warm fire already roaring and Angie and Peter were ready to assist with any of our needs for the weekend should we need them. 10/10 would recommend.

    Camp Covid Site 19 was amazing! Angie and her husband are great hosts with an amazing vibe. The site itself is super private and has everything you might want or need. My boyfriend and I ended our two week road trip here so having a shower was a game changer. It’s also in such a great location, not too far from restaurants or stores but also not on a main road. It’s also right down the road from kaaterskill falls which is a must see. We will definitely be returning!

    We loved camping at Angie's property. She had a campfire ready for us when we arrived on our site. The property is very secured, fenced and has great amenities including a hot shower after a long day of travel. Angie was very responsive to all my questions and very kind. Will recommend this campsite to anyone travelling to the catskill area.
