Home of Alambria Springs Farm, HeartStone Artisan Bakery and Hope Springs Eternal Horse Sanctuary. From Dairy farm, to organic produce farm, to artisan bakery, to horse sanctuary as the land transitions to it's natural state of being. Awe inspiring views from our off grid sleeping cabin or tent site both located along the ridge. Nature abounds with many birds, butterflies, bees, deer, etc. Incredible sunsets, star gazing, crickets, and fireflies! We look forward to sharing this sacred spot on earth with you! Stay in our off grid cabin for a bit more luxury or pack your camping gear and hit the ridge with your tent! We look forward to seeing you soon!

A very diverse 150 acre farm, artisan bakery, and horse sanctuary adjacent to 100 acres of state game land with a great seasonal road for hiking, running, biking, or walking . Our gorgeous scenic hilltop camp site offers the most secluded camping experience and the best scenic views on the property! This tent site at the top of our hay field offers spectacular sunset views, bird and nature watching, and incredible star gazing! Enjoy swimming, fishing or paddling around our spring fed pond, taking a hike or bike on our property or the near by seasonal road or relax and enjoy the many beautiful views and wildlife that grace this farm regularly! If you are looking for more we are 10 miles from a local state reservoir, several small college towns with a local breweries, live music in the parks, farmers market, movie theaters, performing art theaters and an art galleries at the nearby colleges. Many local festivals and activities within driving distance during summer months. An open farm day event, Bouckville antique show, Garlic and Cheese festivals and many more!  Some days guests will be offered the opportunity to purchase fresh breads from our artisan bakery and may also be able to visit our horses in the fields or coming in or out of the barn!

We just opened our cabin again for the summer of 2023 after a pause during covid and a few upgrades! Enjoy a unique experience camping off grid in a sweet little sleeping cabin on our 270 acre farm at the top of the hill with breathtaking views and amazing sunsets, interesting and fun birdwatching, and at night incredible star gazing ! Our cabin has a twin bed, a fold out futon, a small table. and a cot if needed. Outside there is a small deck with two adirondack chairs and a fire pit. There is a bathroom with a flush toilet and sink in our bakery a short hike away. We also offer a portable small toilet in a pop up privacy tent outside the back side of the cabin. You are welcome to stay put or take a short hike to visit our artisan bakery or rescue horses. Depending on the day of the week you may be able to see our bakery in production! You can step inside and join us or just observe! We might even send you off with a warm loaf of sourdough. We bake on Wednesday and Fridays! While you are visiting be sure to enjoy swimming or fishing in our spring fed pond, say hello to or rescue horses, hike or bike on a near by seasonal road or in the state forest, or just relax and enjoy the beauty of this sacred piece of earth! If you are looking for more we are 5 miles from a local state reservoir, 10 miles from a small college town with a local brewery, live music in the park, a farmers market, a movie theatre, two performing art theaters and an art gallery.  Many local festivals and activities within driving distance during the summer months. An open farm day event, antique show, garlic , cheese, and apple festivals at certain times during the summer/fall months and much more!
