Bought this place 13 yrs ago it was nothing but bare land. I've cleared out an area to camp, play, and enjoy the world. Find this as a good chance to share the outdoors with new ppl... Learn more about this land: The feeling of peace is about 1/2 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Enjoy yourself but please be respectful of others Minutes away from Stony Brook Creek, Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake, Silver Springs MX track , Walmart, Tim Hortons, wiscoy falls, multiple restaurants, and stores. Recycling is encouraged, camping is at your own risk and discretion for spot location. Military members showing id at check in receive $5 cash back or free small bundle of wood. Beautiful Night Sky

Overall a good spot, not hard to get to and private once you get back to your site. Beautiful spot to see the stars too! Not all the sites had a good spot to pitch a tent, sometimes the gravel drive expanded a bit far

Apple Cove worked out well for our two little tents! The property has lots of space and was very quiet. James was very hospitable- it was a great experience!

This place was wonderful for our Eclipse gathering! James was a gracious and helpful host who ensured we had everything we needed on his beautiful property. I wish we lived closer so we could have more reasons to come back sooner!

I drove up for the eclipse in a group of 9, and we had an amazing time! James is an amazing host, he's quick to respond, tentative to the campsite, and a delight to talk to. Apple Cove is a beautiful place, the wildlife is diverse, the campsites are well set up, and I'm excited to return someday. They have extra camping supplies to rent or buy if you forget something. He also has a couple of telescopes which people are welcome to borrow, and the sky there is dark so there are a ton of stars. Would recommend!

Perfect for the eclipse!

Everybody working there is so kind and helpful and the place is amazing. We had a party of 20 at two campsites and it all still felt so spacious and serene. Super new and clean porta potty on site, awesome creek running behind the sites to explore, and nice flat land for our tents. We stayed to watch the solar eclipse and it was perfect. Will be returning.
