ALMOSTHEAVEN720 about says it all... there is a live stream and a 160 foot by 160 foot shallow pond which was all built over 40 years as a family project. There is a four wheeler, dirt bike, snow machine trail right outside of our driveway which can lead you to the state trails not very far away. The Great Sacandaga Lake is minutes away with a boat launch, beach, and bar/eatery right on the lake. Many things to do all around the lake. We are about 1 hour from Lake George and Saratoga with horse racing and (SPAC), Saratoga Performing Arts.

John's family camp was a perfect stop for us. Convenient & comfortable with plenty of things to do nearby or just walking around at the camp. A really lovely setting! John was easy to communicate with & helpful with information (& a ladder!).
