Great little house with all of the basic amenities someone looking for a place not too rustic would love. Harvey was extremely friendly, and gave us any and all of the privacy we could want. The dirt roads are pretty bumpy, so if you come in a standard height car take it slow.

This tiny house is such a special place. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and is in a great location with so many sites in the area. The house had everything I needed and the views were magical. Harvey was a great host!

This tiny home is perfect and Harvey is the best host. Well thought out space that is isolated enough but close to all there is to do. Highly recommend this place if you get a chance to stay here.

This place is gorgeous! Harvey is an incredible host with many stories to tell. He made a consistent effort to make me comfortable and recommended local hiking spots to check out. It’s right by Abiquiu lake which has a gorgeous swimming beach, too. There’s basically no light pollution so the view of the sky at night is amazing!! I can’t wait to stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at Harvey's place. It was a nice spot to jump off and explore the area. All of the things one would need are here. The weather was a bit brisk at night, so having a cozy place to sleep was nice. Cooking facilities are more than adequate, as is everything else. I was solo for this trip, but a couple would have plenty of room to stay here and enjoy. Harvey gave me exact directions two days before my arrival and was available to answer any questions. Spot was quiet and not too far from places I chose nearby to go on adventures. Hope to return soon. Thanks, Harvey, for your hospitality.

The Tiny House was absolutely perfect. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. In fact, it’s not so tiny at all, and Harvey thoughtfully built it himself!
This place is an ideal location for all things that Abiquiu and nearby towns have to offer. We did several long hikes around the area and loved coming back to this peaceful abode.
Harvey is a phenomenal host, and we are already looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, Harvey, for the best stay in NM.

The tiny house at Harvey's spot had more homey comforts than I anticipated! It was a truly beautiful place, located perfectly to be an excellent jumping off point to explore the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area and gladly stay again without hesitation, thanks Harvey!

The tiny house is not actually that Tiny! It was a wonderful place to stay and made for an excellent home base for exploring the area. In ten minutes you can be in the Carson national forest. In twenty minutes you can be in the Santa Fe national forest. Harvey is a wonderful host, he’s kind, responsive and very nice to talk to. The home is very private with excellent views of Sierra Negra in the morning and incredible views of the sky at night. I would absolutely return.

My significant other and I absolutely love Harvey's place! It was exactly as pictured. The location is closeby to many nature spots, it was clean, and it had everything that we needed. Harvey was also a wonderful host! He was attentitive, answered any questions we had, and brought us items that we needed. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it so much that plan to return in the future.

I really enjoyed staying at the little house. It's perfectly situated between many different attractions like Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Ghost Ranch, Taos, and others.
The sunrise, sunset and stars are the real highlight of this location.

We had an excellent experience at the tiny house. There are lots of great hikes nearby, and the accommodations were comfortable and private. I would definitely stay again.

It was very hard to leave the Tiny House after 5 days and nights--beautifully constructed with great care for all the details, wonderful views, the Milky Way at night and then the ultra-comfy bed, I wished I could just move in! Harvey has thought of everything and is absolutely the perfect host, attentive but not intrusive. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful place and a wonderful host. The house was the perfect size and setting for meditation, reflection, reading, and reconnecting with the land. The views are incredible! The host built tiny house, his casieta, and other structures by hand. Harvey was quite accommodating, suggesting local hiking trails, some off the "beaten path." Highly recommend staying here. I will be back!

This is a beautiful location. Owner built casita is very pleasant, clean, calm, with essentials in place. Nice welcome touch to find fresh flowers in vase. I would happily return here and recommend it to my friends.

Harvey's comfortable tiny house had everything this solo traveller needed. He was nearby and available had I required anything, but it felt like I was very much on my own, which was great, especially for nights out on the deck. No other homes within at least 100 yards I would say. A few minutes to the "town" of Abiquiu and short drives to the lake and Ghost Ranch. Though small, the tiny house would actually accommodate 2 people reasonably. Only cramped area was shower - direction of the shower head just needs an adjustment to make this roomy enough as well.

Staying at Harvey’s tiny house has been wonderful: a combination of the gorgeous and open yet secluded land, so perfect for quiet time and contemplation, coral sunsets and sunrises, the proximity to Abiquiú where Georgia O’Keeffe lived during her time in NM, the traditional adobe architecture of the house enhanced by Harvey’s knowledge of bio architecture and golden ratio - all of this makes it one-of-a-kind stay and experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Harvey stewards a special place in both the land and home. In my short stay I saw a rainbow, clear constellations, shooting star, beautiful electric lightening show from a distance, and so many critters amongst the shade & comforting stillness of Juniper trees. The tiny home is so thoughtfully designed. I was happy to learn more about the design/build process from Harvey. I would definitely return!
