ATFS Certified Tree Farm Est. 2004 Camp with your group at our private Tree Farm / Conservation / Recreation Area. Established in 2004, we are an 87 acre ATFS certified Tree Farm located in the Blue Hills Range in the Foothills to NH’s White Mountains. Choose from one of four unique sites / outdoor spaces to best fit your camping needs; book a combination to reserve a section of the mountain, or book all four sites for total privacy or for events. Our Farm spans the northerly side of Hussey Mountain from the base to the summit. Guests are provided with private access to several miles of multi-use nature trails, multiple scenic lookouts, a three acre PYO blueberry maze, and a dock on our private eight acre pond with available boat rentals. At the 2WD shared parking area guests are provided with a outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a portable toilet, garden hose for washing, a power strip for charging devices, and a spigot with potable water for filling containers. Over two decades ago we created our first campsite for the purpose of hosting family and friends. Folks enjoyed camping on the mountain so much they often would choose our farm over traditional campgrounds. Hosting campers became a regular weekend event, and to accommodate more people we created three more sites spread out across the property. In 2020, we came across the Hipcamp app and started offering private reservations to the public. Since, we have been hosting campers on a daily basis and continuously improving our sites / infrastructure / views. We’re excited to see what the next two decades hold; come join us on the mountain! Things to do on the mountain SPRING-FALL include… Hiking on several miles of maintained nature trails marked with clear signage for easy day/night navigation. Relaxing/taking in the scenery from several scenic lookouts located on and around the mountain’s summit; combined they provide a 360-degree view spanning from the NH/ME Seacoast to the White Mountains of NH, to the Green Mountains of VT. Fishing, paddling, swimming, or relaxing on our dock. Bird/wildlife watching, berry picking, stargazing and leaf peeping. This is a place you can easily spend a few days and keep busy!

Enjoy mountain views across NH and into ME from the shelter of the forest at your site. Camp with your group of up to 15 at our private Tree Farm / Conservation / Recreation Area. Established in 2004, we are an 87 acre ATFS certified Tree Farm located in the Blue Hills Range in the Foothills to NH’s White Mountains. (Site 4 Ledgewood) offers guests our best combination of privacy, amenities, shelter, and views. Created for personal use over two decades ago; Ledgewood is our original and most improved upon outdoor space. The site is nestled within a series of moss covered ledge outcroppings at approximately 1000’. A mixed forest provides excellent shelter from both weather elements and the sun. A break in the trees over boulders to the front of the site provides beautiful mountain views across NH into ME and of sunrise. The site is equipped with well spaced level areas that will easily fit up to 15 people in multiple tents, 2 10X10 ft canopies, a large stone firepit with a built-in grill, firewood rack stocked with 10X bundles for purchase, food prep table, folding table, 2 large picnic tables, dish washing station, 4 hammocks, 6 camping chairs, 6 benches, 28 gallons of potable water, trashcan, solar and string lighting, plus many other decorative and functional touches. A private composting outhouse and a forest basketball court are a short walk out of the site. Connected to the site by a short trail is a natural clearing. Utilize the area for stargazing/sunning, or use the clearing to pitch a tent if you’re looking to sleep under the stars. At the 2WD shared parking area guests are provided with a outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a portable toilet, garden hose for washing, a power strip for charging devices, and a spigot with potable water for filling containers. *Services applicable to the site include...  Gear/food transport via ATV. (If selected in extras) Firewood delivery. Free trash removal. Berry picking in season is free; blackberries, raspberries, low/highbush blueberries. To access the site a short hike is required; .25 mi from 4WD parking and .5 mi from 2WD parking. The trail is fairly rugged and not conducive to hauling a wagon. We recommend folks pack as if they were backpacking. If not, we suggest selecting the (Site 2, 3 and 4 Roundtrip Gear Transport) as an extra. Our Farm spans the northerly side of Hussey Mountain from the base to the summit. (Site 3 The Ridge) offers guests the best views on the mountain. Created for personal use over 15 years ago, this is our favorite outdoor space for hosting family and friends for mountaintop barbecues / camping. The site is located just below the summit of Hussey Mountain at approximately 1,100’ in a series of ledge outcroppings covered in blueberry, raspberry, and juniper bushes. An oak forest lining either side of the site provides some shelter for campers. Because of its exposed nature and high elevation, the site provides beautiful Mountain View’s across NH into ME and of sunrise / sunset. *The site is equipped with…  10x12 FT Elevated tent platform, which can also be used as a deck. Firewood rack stocked with bundles for purchase. Two hammocks. Numerous solar lights. Rock Firepit. Steel pedestal grill. Picnic table. Fold up table. Six camping chairs. Two benches. Trash can. Water to extinguish your fire. *Services applicable to the site include... Gear/food transport via ATV. (If selected in extras) Firewood delivery. Free trash removal. (Site 2 Oak Terrace) is our newest addition and offers guests excellent shelter and shade for your tents, easy access from 4WD parking, and a nice northerly view. The site is located on a Terrace at approximately 950’ in mixed forest of primarily oak and hemlock. A break in the trees to the front of the site provides a view of the valley and mountains to the north. *The site is equipped with…  Three level areas for tents on the ground. Firewood rack stocked with 10X bundles for purchase. Steel Fire-ring / Grill. Picnic table. Round slate table. One bench. Trash can. Water to extinguish your fire. *Services applicable to the site include... Gear/food transport via ATV. (If selected in extras) Firewood delivery. Free trash removal. Berry picking in season is free; blackberries, raspberries, low/highbush blueberries. At the 2WD shared parking area guests are provided with a outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a portable toilet, garden hose for washing, a power strip for charging devices, and a spigot with potable water for filling containers. From 4WD parking the trail to the site is a short 400FT walk; about 2 minutes. A small garden cart is provided at 4WD parking to assist guests with hauling their gear/food to the site. From 2WD parking the trail to the site is a short .3 mile hike; about 7-10 minutes. That said, the trail from 2WD parking is fairly steep and not conducive to hauling a wagon. We recommend folks without a 4WD vehicle pack as if they were backpacking. If not, we suggest selecting the (Site 2-3-4 Roundtrip Gear Transport) option as an extra. (Site 1 Base Camp) is designed to accommodate camping vehicles and located at the base of the mountain. The site is decorated with LED string lights and offers guests many amenities, such as power/water hookups, private outdoor shower, and a sink. Tents are welcome if others in your group would like to tent camp. If you’re looking for tent camping only, choose one of our three tent sites opposed to this site. The site Is equipped with… Large stone firepit. Steel pedestal grill. 8 person picnic table. Food prep table/bar. Custom coffee table. Power strip and extension cords. Porcelain sink fed with potable water. Private outdoor shower. Trash can and recycle bin with free trash removal. Spigot and hoses to fill jugs or connect to your vehicle’s water supply. Two 30A and one 20A electric hookups. Eben was a fantastic host! Very informative and personable. We closed out the season, so we didn’t get to experience all of the amenities available during warmer times, but the offerings are very well built out and thoughtful (water, showers, bathroom availability, hiking and fruit picking). The campsite itself was gorgeous and very well arranged/maintained. We especially appreciated the type of grill available on the fire pit and fire poker. Can’t wait to stay here again!

this was our second year camping at this mountain, and we absolutely loved it!! the views from our site was incredible, and eben does a great job taking care of the campsites and seeing if we need anything:) we stayed at pretty much the top of the mountain, and there are definitely some steep spots, just to be cautious of if you have kids! but i 100% recommend!! we stayed at site 3🍁🍂

My Wife, Fur Baby, and I stayed at Eben’s land for a weekend and had an Amazing Time!!! Let me start of by saying the host Eben was wonderful!!! He met us upon arrival and was so kind and friendly and welcoming. He goes out of his way to show you how things at the site work and truly makes sure you understand how to operate everything. He had given us a map of the property and showed us everything his land had to offer and asked us what exactly what we were looking to do. Upon us answering what it was we were looking to do his made suggestions to accommodate our needs. He made suggestions around the area that were dog friendly so we would be able to accommodate our fur baby as well. Which was very thoughtful! After we were all set with everything he left us to ourselves and what a beautiful peaceful place it is. We chose the following morning to take a hike around the property and were pleasantly pleased with all the Beautiful Views his property had to offer. There’s nothing better than lying on a hammock and looking at Mountain View’s of the Fall Foliage. It truly looked like views you would see in a book or a movie. They were truly breathtaking. It was so nice to see our fur baby run free in the wilderness and soak up all the new scents. He was in heaven. This place is relaxing, peaceful, and just what we needed to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle of Life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others and we will most certainly be back without a doubt.

OAK TERRACE at Hussey Mtn Tree Farm
Just returned a from an awesome weekend on Eben’s land with my bro and his wife! Site was well-equipped with a firepit, picnic table and hand-made stools. Tent areas were level and soft thanks to carefully-laid mulch. We spent part of Saturday exploring the mountain trails and discovering sweet surprises along the paths (I’ll never tell, you must see for yourself). We enjoyed our chats w Eben - a fantastic host who takes great care of his land. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Eben reached out ahead of our arrival to ensure he could meet us and provide detailed instructions about the property’s layout, complete w/ a map & personalized advice on local attractions. Our primary goal was to relax & enjoy the hiking trails on the property. Eben provided clear directions for navigating the mountain & even provided a few links w/ hiking ideas & an ice cream recommendation later that evening. The next day, we set out to explore. My daughter was thrilled to navigate us through the blueberry bush maze. We also found a playground w/ basketball, bocce ball, & horseshoes—a fantastic little spot! The hike to the summit was memorable, & we appreciated the chance to relax in a hammock along the way. Campsite 3 was unoccupied, so we made a detour & enjoyed the beautiful views & hammocks there. My daughter particularly loved the spooky trail we encountered on our hike! This was the cleanest & most thoughtfully organized campsite I’ve ever experienced. The on-site porta potty was impressively maintained & the shower was excellent. The picnic table & additional cooking/prep table were both excellent &, most importantly, level! The campsite provided a charcoal grill, complete w/ a nice table beside it, & a hose running next to the fire pit. Eben was a wonderful host, & his property is simply spectacular. His ice cream recommendation was seriously some of the best we’ve ever had! I highly recommend stopping by for a visit—you won’t be disappointed!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Eben was very gracious, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our conversations with him. Hussey mountain is absolutley beautiful and magical. Each campsite was very private with tons of amenities. We will definitely be back in the future. If you love nature, I highly recommend this hipcamp!

Camped all over the US and this was our favorite site yet. Be prepared for a half mile hike with 200 ft elevation gain to get to the site. Completely worth taking advantage of Eben’s offer to transport gear via his 4-wheeler. Views were amazing and the site could not be more prepped with everything you’d need short of a tent. Eben is the nicest guy and has taken great care of this site. If we are in the area again this will 100% be our first choice.

Eben was a fantastic host with a beautiful space. We will absolutely be back for future trips, the feeling of being "remote" while not needing to hike too far, and not being all that far from home is exactly what we were hoping for to disconnect for a while. Site was perfectly maintained and Eben provided plenty of additional support and amenities that would have made it even easier if needed. Thank you for sharing your space Eben, the ski terrain also looked sweet!

We had a great time. Eben was a wonderful host, he replied right away to any questions I had before and during our stay. His directions were very helpful, and he greeted us right when we pulled in. The property itself was beautiful and the trails were easy to navigate. Everything was well thought out. There was plenty of space to prep for meals, lights that illuminated the site as well as solar lights all around the property. You can tell he really cares about the land, and wants everyone who visits to appreciate it as well. We will definitely be going back!

Eben is the best host ever! The site is very remote and steep… He hauled all our stuff up there on his ATV. The site was so remote and private. It was amazing! Every view at every time of day was fantastic. The site was super clean and well supplied. This is on our return list!

My family and I stayed at Campsite 4 - Ledgewood for three nights as we drive from Chicago to Acadia. Little did we know our camping stop in New Hampshire might steal the show of our entire trip. Not only is the natural beauty breathtaking, refreshing, and remote, it’s clear that Eben is a passionate person who has taken this in as a passion project to the second power. He loves the land, respects its beauty, and generously shared his knowledge and love for his mountain with us. My daughters felt ALIVE while hiking to our site, to the outhouse, around the site. It was the perfect playground for them. It may be helpful to note that our girls (9, 7, 5) go to a forest school, so getting dirty, tripping every once in a while and hiking up steep terrain is a joyful challenge for them. If you are a family who hasn’t camped before, you may want to stick to the base camp site. But if you’re ready to graduate from car camping but are in need of tons of gear with younger kids, welcome to paradise. We can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Eben’s campground! easily the best RV spot we’ve visited ☺️ Tucked away in a quiet forest, each site feels private and peaceful. There’s full hookup for the RV, a great BBQ area, and even an outdoor hot shower with a view of the trees. Eben was super welcoming and helpful from the start, and you can tell he put thought into every detail. The place is also super dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us 🐶 We’re already talking about coming back. Thanks, Eben it was perfect!

Beautiful spot! We really enjoyed our stay, the trails are beautiful and we loved relaxing at the camp site taking in the mountain view. The site itself is really well equipped with everything you could need which made for a really comfortable stay. We'd love to come back and spend more time exploring the area.

Phenomenal location, one of the best I've stayed at. The hike in only builds expectation and Eben our host couldn't have been more gracious or accommodating, even when the weather was less accommodating when we were packing up. We shall certainly return.

We had such a blast while staying here! The mountain was a great place to explore with our 4 and 6 year old kiddos, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Eben was such a great host and super helpful—the places he recommended to visit for some day adventures worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return and rent one of the tent camping sites!

Fantastic camping- lost of pros: Sites 2,3,4 are very private and large, on the side of a mountain and have wonderful views out over the land for miles. Would be great for groups (big sites) or couples (great privacy). Gives the impression of being far from civilization, but without being far from civilization. The sites have the usual amenities of a car campground except MUCH nicer: perfectly maintained (level) painted picnic table and mulched tent pads, perfect trees for hanging a hammock, a park bench for sitting, a fire ring/ grill with seats and campfire wood available at the site, secure trash can, no nuisance wildlife... all arranged very conveniently. There are also short hiking trails across the mountain for wandering. It's very peaceful and makes for a great getaway. Eben is very helpful with lots of great advice about the area. Do expect that it's a short trek (uphill) to each site, but porter service by ATV (for an extra charge), or a hand cart (free to use) are available to move gear. It's also a short hike to the outhouse.

The best experience I’ve had so far with Hipcamp! The site was gorgeous, very quiet, and thoughtfully stocked with things like firestarter, trash bags, a lighter, and more. Would love to spend more time here!
