We stayed 2 nights at this location. The site was level and close in to visit attractions in Vegas. It was fun to see the variety of animals in the corrals behind our spot. The host was responsive when we arrived after dark and had trouble seeing where to park our trailer. One item we were unaware of when booking is the proximity to the flight path for the airport. Fortunately flights did not pass over all night and it is a lightly used landing pattern but light sleepers may be affected.

Exactly as described - I didn’t get to meet the camel cause I was there so briefly (10p-6a for one night) BUT I admired both horses and alpacas! Would def stay again - without traffic it’s less than 10 mins from the airport. (Midday it would prob be like 16-17 min)

Enjoyable site. It's close enough to the casinos to enjoy Vegas (if that's your thing), but far enough away that you can feel isolated. The land is flat, and packed earth, so it's great to set up on. You're close enough to shopping, groceries and dining, but away enough to set up and make your own meals. I did not get a chance to meet the host (I was hurried - visiting with a friend who had emergency surgery), but it was quiet.
MAKE SURE YOUR BOONDOCKING GAME IS GOOD, especially in the summer (I just made it through with my solar battery - I should have brought the full set). If you have battery generators, you can charge up free at the Silverton nearby (top level of the parking structure has outlets on some of the light poles), so you can plug in and shop, dine, or gamble.
There are horses, alpacas, and a camel to see, and because there was always a breeze, it doesn't have that horse farm smell, which I like.
Overall, it's a lovely place to park for a night or two. Next time, I'll bring friends.

Nice, private spot — close to town but suburban/rural in setting. There’s horses in view & it’s a great spot to boondock. I was only reserving the spot to do some cleaning/chores inside my van, so I didn’t stay the night — but I bet the sunset was beautiful.

We had a great time! Perfect weather, and it was so nice to see some animals. We were a little surprised to find that the camp spot was just the driveway of the house, but we were able to find a private and shaded area. One other surprise — around midnight, two llamas were delivered to the camp, and they were not very happy about it… caused a bit of a ruckus. It is something we laugh about now, but definitely took us by surprise that night!

The location was great. Easy to get to. Easy Uber back and forth to and from Las Vegas. Safe neighborhood. We were so tired from walking around the strip that we crashed and we never heard the airplanes overhead. The spot was level(ish). The host made everything simple. No check-in required. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet our host but I think from the tag line on his dog training business, we'd have some fun. If you are looking for safe and easy, no muss, no fuss, this is the spot.

An interesting location- camels! Alpacas!- but also next to a large dog who barked for 30 minutes straight before being contained by the humans. Had the barking gone on much longer we would have left for a boondocking spot.
I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Great place to stop for a couple of nights (we ended up extending our visit for one night. Easy to find and park with the directions provided. Provided great access to the city, museums and other things we wanted to do. Brandon was an excellent communicator as we wanted to make sure we fit (total length for truck and rv is 50'). There was no problems fiting with lots of space for larger rv.

Easy to find, level, good location and there’s a camel. Stayed here before catching a flight the next morning. Nice and close to the airport. The host was super responsive and kind enough to refund two nights that I booked by mistake. Great experience.

It is in a very convenient location in town but the water he offered my horse was dirty and there were flies like you can’t believe and the pen that he gave my horse was an 8ft x8ft square. Very small!!

It's a very flat lot next to the house. It is exposed on one side to the road but is set back aways. There are airplanes that come over depending on the landing pattern, But generally very quiet. Opposite the road are the camels and the horses on the property.
It was a very very lovely spot to be for several days, added two more. Will definitely come back, if I'm in the area.

We loved staying at this Hipcamp. Host was flexible, responsive and kind. The animals are so sweet. We felt extremely safe in this area, we left our camper and visited the strip, went out for dinner, grabbed Thai food up the road. There’s so much in close proximity! Our dog enjoyed himself as well.
We set up our chairs and relaxed under the sun admiring the mountains in the distance. Would absolutely return and 100% recommend!

We loved staying at Jeffry's Farm! Fergie the camel was so entertaining and friendly. Very quiet, super safe, and minutes from downtown and great hikes. We met some wonderful campers there. We'll be back!

Like a lot of other reviewers noted, this is a dirt lot next to a house. It's easy to find and convenient to downtown Las Vegas. You park next to the corral fence so you're away from the street. It felt nice and private, but I was the only guest that night.
I saw the llamas but they didn't come to the fence to say hello. I didn't meet the host although I briefly met some kids the night I arrived who told me just to park anywhere. I thought I'd be bugged by the airplanes flying directly overhead (which I knew of in advance) but they really didn't bother me. I didn't notice any air traffic after midnight and before 6 am. So! Nothing exciting, but the price was right to be close to Las Vegas sights.

Loved staying in my campervan here ! Super close to city centre and I felt very safe where we were . Fergie the camel was super cute ! There weren’t any toilets which would have made the stay even better, just a portaloo would have been perfect. Other than that i would definitely stay here again if I traveled back to LA
