Just a 5–10-minute walk from Lake Koocanusa and Abayance Bay Marina, this peaceful getaway is nestled among the trees on a private lot, making it the perfect home base for exploring some of Montana's most spectacular destinations. Abayance Bay Marina and the boat launch, located on beautiful Lake Koocanusa, are just a 1-minute drive (or a 5–10-minute walk) away, where guests can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, and endless outdoor recreation. Boats and paddleboards are available to rent through the marina. Bringing your own boat? Boat slips are available for rent as well! Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Canadian border and only a 2-hour drive from Glacier National Park, this property offers easy access to unforgettable adventures. After a day of exploring, unwind in your private outdoor space featuring a spacious deck, outdoor bar, and fire pit, or grab a bite to eat at local favorites like The Bowl at Abayance Bay or Frontier Bar and Grill. The camper comfortably accommodates families and small groups with two bedrooms, including a queen bed and a bunk bed. Additional sleeping space is available with a convertible dinette and sofa bed in the living area. Heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay in every season, while the full bathroom with a shower provides all the comforts of home. Please note: There is a second vacant camper on the property that is used strictly for storage. You'll have full access to the entire property, including the deck area. Whenever using the fire pit, please keep the provided garden hose turned on and readily available in case of emergency. Never leave a fire unattended, and always ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving the campsite or going to bed.
