Situated on a working cattle ranch, this unique property offers guests exclusive access to 1/4 mile of Main Boulder River frontage, providing exceptional fishing opportunities and a peaceful setting surrounded by mountain views, wildlife, and open ranch country. The campsites are spacious and well separated, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while still sharing access to the property's incredible river frontage. Wake up to the sounds of the river, watch cattle grazing in nearby pastures, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the mountains. Please Note: This is an active working cattle ranch. For your safety and the safety of our livestock, guests must follow all posted signs and respect areas marked as private or restricted. Do not enter pastures, corrals, barns, equipment areas, or other designated ranch operation zones. We ask all visitors to help us preserve the ranch environment by staying within approved guest areas. It IS an Oasis!

Beautiful location! So much in one place. We will definitely be back. We actually stayed at site 4 and found it very peaceful. The wind in the trees is relaxing, the river bank is tall or one might walk the gravel bar to access and once you do, the water is clear and refreshing. Nice area too!
