Your spacious 38-foot camper features large slide-outs for extra room, comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, and comes fully furnished with everything you need, including fresh linens, clean towels, a full-size refrigerator, stove, bathroom, games, and puzzles. No towing, setup, or campground stress—simply arrive and start enjoying. While the camper is conveniently located near the property’s utilities for reliable water, septic, and power, your private campsite offers peaceful seclusion with a short walk to the Crow Wing River and direct access to over 60 acres of adjoining public woods with trails to explore. Enjoy hiking, wildlife viewing, river adventures, and excellent fishing, all just steps away. Mosquito spraying is regularly done around the campsite area to help reduce mosquitoes and create a more enjoyable outdoor experience. We are a family and have 2 young girls that play outside sometimes. Also we have 2 outside mouser cats and free range chickens.
