Very nice host. Property is very clean and the site was perfect. Close to St Paul and local shops. Would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Hosts- When we arrived at our site we had a gift (you have to visit to find out what it was). Beautiful set up. We had long days as it was a working trip and we slept so soundly. Our first time utilizing Hip Camp. It was a flawless. Thank you and hope to stay next year as we are coming back to area for our work. FYI we had 3 working dogs with us and can say it is a dogs' heaven.

Great little night away from home. Outhouse is perfectly adequate. Nice trails to explore with kids. Overall quiet, though the road is closer than I anticipated. My kids, myself, and my dog had a great time!

Camping a working hobby farm.

What a wonderful place to camp and relax. The land is beautiful and George is a great host. We stayed in spot 1A two nights to use the electricity. We spent an evening in Stillwater and a day biking. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at George’s place before with our tent camper at site 2B on top of the hill.
This year we upgraded to a Class C Motorhome and George had site 1A which was perfect !
We hung out under the awning during the evening rain and watched the fire.

Amazingly tranquil camping experience. The farm is beautiful with manicured paths, providing opportunity to walk and explore. And to top off the experience there was a jar of their Honeyberry jam on the picnic table at our site!

This spot was fantastic! Open and spacious it met our needs perfectly.! Site 2b was well marked at the top of a knoll with nice tree coverage and a nice level area to park. Only 15 min to Stillwater.

This site was clean and beautiful. Although it's close to the metro area, it feels like you're much further away. That makes it convenient to get to, while still getting to unplug and relax. We even found a nice little jar of jam at the picnic table.

Spent a day in in my sprinter and ended up in Stillwater for dinner. I decided to spend the night at George’s site. He answered my Hipcamp request immediately and was very accommodating.
Arrived after dark with easy access to quality firewood, a private and quiet spot and a jar of amazing Honeyberry jelly! George was also quick with a text to make sure we had what we needed and just a quick check in.
Woke up to a beautiful walk with my coffee around George’s farm.
Can’t recommend this spot more if you are looking for a great overnight spot close to Stillwater.

This was a last minute visit, and a pleasant surprise to find a campsite so close to Stillwater with privacy and wooded grounds for a fall walk. Our host was responsive to our questions. Would happily visit here again.

We used the site as a place to park our rig while we spent a week in Minneapolis, so we did not camp there. However, the host is excellent with great communication. He has an interesting berry farm on site. Worked well for us!

Quiet Gardens!

We stayed in 1a site and it was splendid. The site was level and partially gravel, next to the pole barn. We enjoyed walking the mowed paths and looking at the extensive gardens. We plugged our camper in. Highly recommended. So close to Hudson, Stillwater, and St. Paul.

It was lovely. The property was gorgeous. The instructions from George were very easy to follow and our site was easy to find. Very peaceful and overall a great stay.

Wonderful Haskap berries and Jelly to love and learn about. Beautiful green grounds and grassy trails. Walking trail at night surrounded by fireflies. Quiet…. Electric power for our rv. Easy access and leveling. George was around if needed . Dry firewood. Do bring your favorite bug repellent.
