Wooded lot available for rustic camping. Pitch a tent or bring your camper but be prepared for no water or electric. Shed, picnic table and fire pit. Dogs are welcome! You’re welcome to use the shed and any items inside. Unfortunately we are without water in our lake due to the dam failure and it will remain this way until approximately 2027. Please be respectful of neighbors.This campsite used to be a waterfront lot on Wixom Lake. Unfortunately we are currently without water in our lake. This site will still be available to rent as a rustic site. No water or electric hook up. Wooded lot with amazing atmosphere.

There is no water in the lake!

Wixom Lake rustic camping site

After I booked, I got a message saying the LAKE had no water. From the description (and photos), I had not understood this to be the case. Denise offered a full refund, but I have yet to receive one and have gotten no response to follow up messages inquiring about the status of my refund.

Had a great peaceful night. Would definitely recommend this property! Good location, felt secluded and kayaks were a major plus!! Would definitely stay again.

Wixom Lake rustic camping site

We enjoyed the privacy of this location and loved the dock and lake access. Our host was very helpful. This was on a lake community, so there was the usual Friday evening noise, but the site was wooded and secluded. We paddled out to pontoon alley, per our host's recommendation. If you like to paddle this is a good spot!
