The Happynest property is 5 beautifully wooded acres of up north space. The property has multiple places for pitching tents and a large driveway with extra spots on the sides for parking a camper or two. There is a firepit, sandpit area for playing, clotheslines for hanging wet items to dry, small patio area with comfy chairs, water available from an outdoor faucet, and a fully functional outhouse. The property itself has several short walking paths and has a peekaboo view of the water. Happynest is only 5 minutes away from downtown Northport and the Northport beaches and boat launch, and very close to multiple hiking trails and nature areas. This spot is an excellent home base for enjoying all that Leelanau County has to offer! Please note the property includes a small house that will be unoccupied and not accessible during your stay.This site has multiple options for tents, under the trees or out in the more open yard space. There are also several spots for parking a camper. The outhouse is to the left of the driveway, set back a bit into the woods. The firepit is directly at the end of the driveway. Water can be accessed via the tap on the outside of the house, to the left of the front door, past the garage.

Northport Happynest Campsite

We had a very nice stay at Perie’s! The site was easy to back our camper into and had access to a nice private fire pit right outside our door. We loved the five minute drive to downtown Northport and a short walk to a beautiful view of the bay! We will definitely be back!!
