Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.

Wooded, lots of native available firewood, teeming with native wildlife, but only 2.6 miles (straight shot) is a great restaurant/bar “Northern Trails” with karaoke, a gas station with pizza and fried chicken and a Dollar General for any items you forgot. -Croton and its bike bath, below damn/river float/tubing and rentals, fishing and restaurants/stores are only 4.1 miles away, including boat docks, public beach and more. -Dragon’s trail is 10 miles away, but very scenic getting there (18 minute drive). -15 minutes away is Elivate Lounge & Beauty Bar with facials, IV drips for dehydrated campers, Botox, fillers and an infrared sauna (by apt only 231-349-4902) in the heart of Newaygo. - Bird’s farm meat market (straight shot) is 4.5 miles up the road for choice steaks and grilling materials for camp site (closed on Sun and Mon) -lake Michigan 45 minute drive (worth it! Duck lake state park great for big and little kids and you’ll pass Michigan’s Adventure roller coaster/water park on your way to the big lake! -Campsite areas will have: - Fire ring - 5 gallons fresh hose water for personal use - Communal Recycle and Trash bin - Two bikes (if available) - Three kayaks (if available) one adult and two smaller ones for kids or less than 180 lbs. - Four fishing poles with basic tackle upon request. - smaller campers would probably work best with circle drive, great for a group too.
