We provide two gravel pads with full hook-ups for RVs and an additional grassy area with electric and water hook-ups. For those without their camper, we offer the option to rent a beautiful camper on-site. Deer Run Retreat is designed to be family-friendly, creating the perfect backdrop for building lasting memories with your loved ones. It was a nice quiet spot with plenty of room to set up and not worry about other campers in the way. Bonus full hook-ups for our camper!

Welcoming hosts & a relaxing stay
We recently stayed at Leslie and Greg's property and had a fantastic experience. Leslie and Greg are incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts, making communication a breeze. Their property truly lives up to its name—we saw deer on several occasions, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and quiet. We met their parents and they are truly inspirational. Leslie provided us with detailed directions that made finding the property easy. The location is perfect, with convenient access to Traverse City, Manistee, and all the charming spots in between. We are already looking forward to our return visit!

Peaceful camping..
We loved camping on Leslie's land. All the epected imeneties without the usual annoying bustle of campground life. Private, peaceful and beautiful. We'll be back. Bob & Tresa C. 7/4/24

Great property and hosts!
We had a great time at Deer Run Retreat in our full hookup site! Leslie was super responsive and directions were clear. Lester & Claire are an adorable inspiring couple we just loved interacting with. The property is close to Meijer and Manistee Downtown. We had a great time hiking at ‘Nordhouse Dunes Wilderness Area’ as per Lester’s recommendation. Not far from there, we also hiked the trail in ‘Orchard Beach State Park’, visited Manistee lighthouse and sunbathed at ‘Capitain John Langland Park’. We visited breweries and restaurants and spent a good relaxing day at their beautiful property as well. There’s a lot to do and we’re looking forward to coming back!
