Genuinely such an amazing experience at Camp Bear Paw!! Kevin and Lori are phenomenal hosts. It’s truly a hidden gem. There’s activities for kids all ages and adults. Anything you may have forgotten (chairs, ice, worms, fishing poles , cooking supplies , etc.) they have it all! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or hosts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice private get away. Thank you again Kevin and Lori. You made things so memorable 😄💕

Kevin and Laurie are Top Notch. My and family and I have had the privilege of staying at Bear Paw 3 times.
Our kids love to swim in the pond, fish, and explore the grounds. There plenty of playgrounds and for the kids to playWe enjoy sitting by the fire using the wood that’s provided.
Kevin and Laurie not only keep the grounds well maintained but they genuinely care. They check on us periodically throughout the stay to see if we need anything. It’s clear to see that providing a memory-filled camping experience is what they strive for.
We have camped at state parks and county parks as well, but Bear Paw rises to the top for us!

Kevin and Lori are so kind and hospitable. They have thought of everything: from towels and extra blankets, to games, crafts, and even ice and worms for fishing, they had it all. There was truly something everyone enjoyed and the kids are already talking about next year.

This was our 5th year here and we look forward to it every year. Kevin and Lori make your stay feel like a 5 star hotel out in nature. Everything you need, or want, is here - including the most helpful, friendly, and generous hosts. I could leave a longer review, but I would just be repeating what everyone else has said. This place, and Kevin and Lori, have become family to us, and we truly appreciate all that they do.

We love staying here. It’s very kid friendly and the hosts are beyond warm and welcoming. This place is beyond accommodating and really comfortable. This was our second year and we plan to come every year!

We were invited to join a large party for a family fun camping weekend at bear paw. I was blown away with how beautiful it was here! There is SO much to do! The hosts were absolutely amazing and truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfy and have everything. I would highly recommend camping here. Can't wait to come back!

There is so much to do, I was happily surprised to see disc golf baskets, and walking trails. We slept in the treehouse one night and it was perfect. We tried out everything from the kayaks.To the monkey bars, and We can't wait to go back.

The property is absolutely beautiful - trees, a pond, lots of wildlife. It's very peaceful. There is plenty of space for campers or tents. Lots of shade available too. There is literally something here for everyone to do! Fire pit and pavilion; pond for swimming, boating/kayaking, fishing, etc.; walking trails; treehouses and log cabins and toys galore for the kids... Kevin and Lori are extremely nice and gracious hosts and checked in on us to be sure that we didn't need anything, no problems, etc. Our group will definitely be back!!

We spent the days on the water and playground then relaxed by the fire at night. The little ones didn't want to leave and the older folks are already talking about the next time! Our family held our family reunion this weekend at Bear Paw. We all (ages 2years to 74 years old) had a wonderful time!! We swam, kayaked, zip-lined, jumped from the water swing and dock, fished, played in the tree house, ate lunch in the kid’s cabin, and most of all created lots of fun memories with our extended family! The property was perfect for camping, holding relay races, cooking/visiting under the pavilion, and we loved having the ability to see the children on the beach/playground from every angle. We all agreed that we wanted to come back again next year. Thank you Kevin & Lori for sharing your property with us and being so welcoming and attentive.

We love going to Bear Paw. The fun activities of a water slide, zip line, kiddie pool area, tree house, and multiple little tykes play structures keep the kids busy and enable us to enjoy relaxing.
The owners Kevin and Lori are the nicest people you could meet. They are helpful and ask us if we need anything while we are there.
They are not constantly coming in our space but are there if we need them.

We had an amazing time camping at Bear Paw! Kevin and Lori were wonderful hosts and have truly thought of everything. Our group was a mix of kids and adults and everyone had a great time. We spent a lot of time swimming and kayaking in the pond. The zip line and giant slide into the ponds were so fun! The kids also loved the playground area and the incredible tree house (the teenagers even spent the night up there!). We really made some great memories at Bear Paw and would love to camp there again! Thanks for everything Kevin and Lori!

WARNING ⚠️
This camp site will make you want to extend your stay or not want to leave !! You will put your phone down and forget all about it (I lost mine) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bear paw to families that need to disconnect to reconnect with each other .. I feel leaving bear paw we all left stronger as a family I learned new things about my kids and my significant other.. this is what camping should be , somewhere everyone just enjoys each other company and phones put away … they offer so much here . We didn’t even do all the activities 😅 we are planning to come back next summer already!
I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and you can tell he is such a family man , he made us feel like family and so welcomed . His house is on the property but it’s good amounts away from the campsite but if you needed a question you can still walk over and ask. Property was secluded . Privacy was respected 💙 I can’t wait to come back next year to meet Lori and hopefully cook them a meal to join with our family.

This location is a "MUST" for families especially those with kids that love the outdoors or those kids that need to explore the outdoors more instead of being inside. Super friendly, accommodating and helpful. My family loved kayaking, swimming, floating on the pond as well as swinging and ziplining into the very clean water. The kids loved the ability to fish and play in the sand while making mud pies for use to "eat." The playground equipment, 9 square, sand volleyball, tree house (which you can sleep in at night) with lots of blankets of course and I personally loved the rope swing for reading were BIG hits! Awesome place for camping either in a tent, hammock or in your RV with lots of space to move around.
