Site 1 was really well laid-out and secluded. Beautiful horizons and open to the skies for sunset and stargazing. Easy to forage for campfire materials, and relax on the picnic table and wooden bench. Our two dogs enjoyed themselves, enough space to wander around while staying in sight. Easy to drive over and visit Grant, Newaygo and other towns, plus the apple cider businesses!

Great site! Host was super welcoming and accommodating. Site was spacious, private and well maintained. Outhouse was very clean.
Great view of the stars at night, and the firewood add on was super convenient. Highly recommend!

Please come check out this spot!- Campsite #1
The host was lovely and showed us back to our spot to ensure we had what we needed. The spot is open, and well taken care of, a fire pit, picnic table, and bench are provided- which was a pleasant surprise. The space is beautiful and secluded, you have privacy and space from both the host's home and spot #2. You can bring your dogs to this nice open space, with additional trails to walk. The only downfall is that there is not much shade during the day so I would bring something to help provide that if you think you'd need it. Nightimes were quiet and a perfect spot for star gazing. There is an outhouse that is well kept and easily accessible. There is cell service and there are a couple of stores local if you need any last-minute items.
Please check these spots out if you have the time to stop by, you'll love it! I'll definitely be back :)

We stayed in sight to and it was very secluded and pretty in the woods. The site was very flat and clean when we got there. They had a nice patio table and chairs to sit at in a trash can for our trash. We heard coyotes and owls in the night. It was very peaceful and we would highly recommend.

The Rumbles are very welcoming and have a beautiful property that we enjoyed so much. Camp site 2 is very private and just a short walk away from the outhouse which is already stocked with toilet paper and sawdust which works great to keep down any nasty smells. Make sure you let them know if you run out and they'll replenish it promptly. We'll definitely be going back!

We loved site 1, a nice large cleared space in the trees. It rained before we got there, the site was not muddy at all and they had very dry wood waiting! Very private and relaxing. A white cat came and visited us one night.

My family loves camping here! I only wish we lived closer; we’d camp more frequently. The campsite is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoy walking in the woods and gathering kindling for the campfire. Don’t forget to add on firewood! You get a lot of easy to burn logs.

Prentiss and Melody are great hosts! They met us to show us to the campsite, we chose to add-on the tent which is an amazing option and it was already in place upon our arrival, they had some firewood already set out, and were just so helpful. The toilet facility is clean with absolutely no odor! Even though it had rained so much we were able to walk around and find some kindling that was dry enough to get our fire going. Site 1 is large and open, and so inviting. The view after the sun goes down is great, and we got to see tons of fireflies near, and far away in the trees!
Our camping experience was perfect! Thanks again Prentiss and Melody!!

My stay at Blackberry Family Ranch was quite, peaceful, and relaxing. Prentiss & Melody were very accommodating to my needs, including letting me be. I stayed at site two, which is completely wooded. There was another guest camping further back in the woods than me, but I never heard him and only occasionally saw him at distance. At night I could here distant road noise and the occasional howl of coyotes. So if you're looking for peace and quiet this is a good choice. The Blackberry Family Ranch is about a half an hour from Muskegon, as well as Grand Rapids for those that want to check those cities out. A log cabin is in the process of being built by hand and I may have to come back once it's completed.

We loved camping here! So private, huge site surrounded by trees and meadow. Great stargazing and soooo many fireflies! It was magical. Great having the outhouse just down the lane. Short drive to Newaygo where we went tubing. Great getaway!

Camping on site 1 was one of the best camping experiences I've ever had (and I'm 57 ). It was a nice size camp site, secluded, overlooking a medow. At night there were 100's of fire Flys. Absolutly incredible!!! It was as if we were in a different world. Highly recommended. Prentiss and Melody are very nice people and left us alone unless we needed something. I can't wait to go back.

The camp was level and the very friendly hosts had everything prepared in advance (add ons). I stayed in site 1 and had a beautiful view of the stars and fireflies all night! Very peaceful evening with plenty of privacy.

Great spot. Good clearing and plenty of room. Far away from the other sites so no noise or issues with others. Bathroom was clean and easily accessible. Hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Upon arrival hosts greeted us and showed us to our site. Secluded from the other sites. There was someone on site 1 the first night and then we had the place to ourselves the rest of our stay . The out house they put in is nice. You can hear slight traffic noise in early morning. But all in all we had a great stay.

Prentiss & Melody were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the large space and the stars at night. It wasn’t too buggy and the outhouse was close to the site. Perfect hidden gem for a mellow weekend! Our dog also had the best time ever playing the grass.

Loved tent camping with my two boys. We stayed here to do some fishing in the area and it was very nice. Very secluded in private with a very clean outhouse and open sky to see the stars. The owners are extremely nice and help you set up and then, our back to their house which is a distance away. So nice to be in nature. I would definitely come back again.

This is an awesome camping spot. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating for a mid-winter one nighter. Super clean location, clean and well maintained facilities. I would love to return here for a relaxing night or two away from everything. It's very quiet.

Prestiss & Melody greeted me when I arrived and they were so nice! They showed me to my site and made sure I didn’t need anything and then left me to camp. The site was very well
maintained, everything was just right, pretty far from the other sites too so you have plenty of privacy, I live in a city so I camp to get away from people and it was perfect. I camped at site 2, wooded and great, saw site 1 on the way in and it’s open sky for star viewing, I’ll plan to try that one next time for a change of scenery :)

Our campsite was so clean and the perfect size. Site 2 is heavily wooded with great trees for hammocks. It was easy to find kindling for the fire. We didn’t take advantage of the paths in the woods but we were just there for an overnight stay. We did add on the tent and it was amazing to arrive to a spacious and clean tent already set up!
The hosts met us upon our arrival and showed us the bathroom facility and took us to our site. They were thorough in their information and very sincere with the offer of availability if we had questions, or needed something. They had a quick response time as far as messaging and confirmed arrival time the day before our reservation. We have Verizon cell service which can be spotty but the reception was perfect at this location.
Our overnight stay was wonderful and I would definitely camp again, it would be a great getaway for a longer stay!

Prentiss and Melody have a great property, located in beautiful countryside. The three sites are spread apart and all very private. We were in site 1 which is cut into a meadow and has great views of the surrounding fields. Prentiss and Melody were great hosts. They greeted us on arrival introduced their property and amenities and after we purchased firewood they were kind enough to drop at the site. They were attentive to our needs but respected our privacy. If you are looking for a quiet getaway I would highly recommend this property.
