Escape to 130 acres of peaceful woods and farm fields. Surrounded by conservation land and miles of maintained trails, this property offers endless opportunities to explore, hike, and reconnect with nature. Use of a 4 acre bass pond with canoe and fishing rods. Guests are welcome to enjoy the private 4-acre fishing pond, complete with a canoe and fishing rods. Wander the farm, unwind in the greenhouse, or spend time in the art and music room. During the growing season, you can pick fresh blueberries, raspberries, and grapes. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or complete relaxation, you'll find plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the quiet. Most days are filled with little more than birdsong, rustling leaves, and a gentle breeze. Please note that this is a working farm. Farm equipment is actively used on the property, and there may occasionally be noise or activity related to daily farm operations. Most of the time, however, the atmosphere is peaceful, rural, and wonderfully secluded.

Camp among the quiet and seclusion of the woods near the farm's Ice Pond. The farmers here cut ice out of the on to use in keeping their milk cold. Perhaps the most private spot on the property. Because of its proximity to the pond it is an extra buggy site. There are no fires allowed at this site however there is a fire pit halfway across the farm that you may use as well as water and electricity. Parking is under a 2 minute walk from the camp site.

Pitch tents or pull your vehicle in along 600 feet of wooded dirt road that bisects 50 wooded acres on the farm. There are no designated sites so please choose your own, and there are no amenities. There are no fires in this area, however, there is a fire pit half way across the farm that you may use, along with water and power. Neighbors and other guests may walk along this road but you will mostly have complete privacy.

Pitch tents or pull your vehicle in among the Christmas trees. Two areas have been prepared with sand to supply a level and smooth base for tents you may use other spots in the field. There are no fires allowed at this site, however, there is a fire pit on the other side of the farm that you may use.

Camp in the quiet corner of our largest field. Nearby to our pond. There are no fires allowed at this site however there is a fire pit halfway across the farm that you may use as well as water and electricity. This site is not as private as our other sites as neighbors sometimes walk their dogs, sometimes off leash. The field is about 6 acres however and it is likely you will not be bothered. I will also ask neighbors to keep dogs on leash while guests are occupying the site.

The tree farm is truly a beautiful piece of property. And Adam is one of the hardest working hosts I have ever come across. He’s got projects and improvements going all over the property. When I was there, he purchased new canoes for the beautiful pond. I highly recommend a visit.

Christmas Tree Tent and Rv Campsite
I had a great time staying here. The host was super helpful, and the site felt very private. This particular site is set among a patch of Christmas trees, which gave it a surreal feeling. There was firewood available and water. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Wooded Tent Site On Pond
Very cool location. Loved taking the canoe out on the pond to check out lily pads, osprey nests, and herons. Adam is kind, responsive, and even met us to lead us to the campsite.

Secluded and peaceful Campsite

Christmas Tree Tent and Rv Campsite
We had such a wonderful stay at the Christmas tree farm. The campsite was incredibly clean, peaceful, and secluded, with deer wandering nearby and birds singing in the mornings. We loved having direct access to beautiful trails right from the campsite, and the lake access made fishing so easy and enjoyable. The firepit was perfect for cooking and making s’mores at night, and Adam was an amazing host, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect escape into nature, and we would absolutely come back!

Quiet, private site on tree farm

Hill top Box Truck Camper
We stayed in our own van on Adam's site for 4 nights. The site was peaceful at night & we woke to birdsong & mists in the field. Adam is a new host & very accommodating. The private indoor bathroom, which is an easy walk from the site was very clean. This property may not be ideal for kids because of some old structures on the site but for adult experienced campers it was great! Dunstable is a charming New England town with some working farms & well-preserved historical houses & barns. We look forward to going back & exploring more!
