It's far enough away to unplug, but less than an hour to Ocean City, Chincoteague, and Assateague.The Bay View site is located next to a grove of mature Southern Yellow Pines with a view of the bay. You will have both a 50/30/20amp electric and water hookup. **There is a home on the property, however to ensure our guests privacy and enjoyment of the entire property, the house will never be rented the same time as our HipCamp Guests.

Great site! Gorgeous sunsets, appreciated being able to walk out onto a dock to watch them, Closely located utilities, and mostly level, grassy area with nearby pine trees. Nearby house/garage, but it was unoccupied. Had a lovely view of the water from our rear dinette.
