The lot is 100ft long by 50ft wide and has a concrete pad, septic, town water, and electricity hook up. Water, sewer and electricity is included in the price for the week. There are two septic hook ups if you would like to put a second RV/Camper on the property (price for having two units on the property TBD). The property is within walking distance of the ocean where there are several small rocky beaches and a dock on Little River. Also within walking distance of a land preserve with hiking trails. Short driving distance to many great restaurants and shops in downtown Boothbay Harbor. This was the perfect place to stay, very level site with full hook up close to all the attractions in the area. The woods around it made it very private. People who passed were very pleasant and always said hello. Highly recommend.

Nice and quiet. Beautiful wooded area behind the site. Easy hookups. Kari communicates quickly. Firepit available which we loved. Would absolutely stay again while passing through the area! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at our camper spot in Boothbay, ME. The site was spacious, peaceful, and surprisingly close to town—perfect for both relaxing and exploring. One of the highlights was the quick walk to the waters, which made morning strolls and sunrise views incredibly easy. Sunsets are only a short drive away on Ocean Point. We spent time hiking through several Boothbay Regional Land Trust preserves, which offered beautiful scenic views and a great variety of trails. Would absolutely love to come back again. Kari was great to work with. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with easy access to everything Boothbay has to offer.

Magical Little Spot

Great location to explore the Boothbay Harbor area. It is just the right size camp. The electric and water are great to have. We are in a campervan and only need a household plug which this site has. Stars were beautiful and night quiet. The site is private but not isolated. There is light foot, bike and car traffic. We road our bikes all around. Grimes Cove Beach, lunch at the Bluebird Ocean Point Inn, hikes Ocean Point Preserve and Linekin and Burley Preserve. Saw some eagles. We explored Boothbay Harbor area. The East Boothbay General Store has really good breakfast sandwiches and other wonderful items. We would stay again.

Nice and private. Only the sound of the birds. There are so many things to do within 10-20 minutes driving distance. Perfect size lot for a family, with all of the hookups.

Kari's land is in a prime location. Close to everything you want to do but in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. Full hookup and level concrete pad made setup a breeze. Would highly recommend! Hope to be back again soon!

Loved the privacy of this wooded lot in such an awesome area in Maine. We loved the 2 mile walking loop and the ease to Ocean Pt beach and Boothbay Harbor. Need vehicle to access ocean or restaurants .Refueled our souls!

Quiet, beautiful site. Surrounding neighborhood peaceful with a great two mile circle walk for exploring. Everything you could want within a few miles of driving. Boothbay Lobster Wharf for lunch or dinner. Fantastic camping in this area.

We absolutely loved this spot! Private and surrounded by deep forest woods! Just down the street is the ocean crashing in to the rocks. There's so many outdoor things to do! It's so isolated yet if you drive just a few minutes you'll be in the bustling town of boothbay. Highly recommend this gem!!!! Wonderful hosts that reply quickly if you have any questions!

Gorgeous and private. Yes, a neighborhood but huge lots and hard to see any homes. VERY dark at night which was wonderful for star gazing! Water electric and dump portal made all convenient. Loved it!

The very private lot was surrounded by woods making it so peaceful and quiet. It was just enough "out of the way" but close enough to Boothbay Harbor for eating and shopping.We were able to explore the area easily from Kari's site and we hope to return there in the future.

This site is pricey, no doubt. But it is private and gives access to a very special part of East boothbay. This 2 mile loop is magical and gives a wonderful taste of what it’s like to live near the seashore with the wonderful people of this area.

We stayed here for one night on our trip up the coast of Maine. Everything worked as expected. We fell in love with the East Boothbay area! The loop by the ocean is a wonderful couple of miles walk to take. We'll definitely stop by here again in the future when we visit Maine again.

A magical, foggy forest!

Our one night stay on Kari’s land was wonderful. A dense fog rolled in from a storm off the coast- it was mystical and magical to walk through the area and explore the quick walk down to the water. We were able to explore the shore looking for sea glass and watch the storm roll by. The land was private, as even though it was off the road we only saw a few friendly faces walking past throughout our whole stay. We utilized the available water which was very helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a safe spot to set up camp that’s near some super cool sights. Thank you Kari!

The lot is easy to find but in a great location in East Boothbay within a few minute drive to Hannaford‘s and the downtown where there are plenty of shops, art, galleries, and restaurants. The concrete pad made it easy for us to level our camper and the hook ups were easy to use. It was a private lot however it wasn’t so remote where we didn’t see people walking their dogs, which was nice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good base camp for Boothbay Harbor.

We had a great time on this lot. Having the pad and hookups for the RV made things super convenient. Kari was wonderfully responsive and helpful. Location is awesome. Close to seashore and coves (about 5-10 min walk) and downtown Boothbay (10-15 min drive). Quiet, safe and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back. NOTE: if you are looking for WiFi or even a stable cell data connection, this isn’t the spot. Cell Data in Boothbay isn’t great. But then again, you should come here to get away from it! :-)

Wonderful spot in relatively secluded area; very serene and short walk down the road to gorgeous rocky beach where you can sit and watch the tide go in and out. Great, level spot backs up to forest; easy hookup.
