Jamberry Farm owners Adrienne and James met in 2013 while living in Denver, Colorado. They spent 10 fun-filled and adventurous years traveling throughout the Western U.S. After having their first child in 2019, they moved to Oregon to be part of a team opening an inn on the Oregon Coast. When COVID-19 began in early 2020, the couple saw the writing on the wall and decided to make their dream of owning property in Maine a reality. In August 2020, they purchased Jamberry Farm and moved to Harrison, Maine. The 33-acre budding homestead sits atop a hill in Southern Maine’s Lakes and Mountains Region. Harrison is a charming small town situated between Long Lake and Crystal Lake. In town, you’ll find everything you need for a visit to small-town New England. There are two general stores, a restaurant, an ice cream shop, a library, and a post office. Should you need or want access to more, it’s a short drive to the larger towns of Norway and Bridgton, about an hour to Portland, and approximately 45 minutes to North Conway, New Hampshire, and the White Mountains. A 5- to 20-minute drive will take you to beautiful scenic hikes, cozy lake beaches, and meandering rivers where you can float or fish. The farm is truly in the perfect location to experience all that this part of New England has to offer. James and Adrienne have always enjoyed hosting friends and family from near and far. Adrienne has a degree in Hospitality Management and spent her career working in the service industry until she stepped away to stay home with her children. James is a carpenter whose craftsmanship shines through in projects all around the property, including their flagship rental accommodation, The Tiny House. Jamberry Farm is a place where both of their experience and expertise come together to create a unique and personalized experience for their guests. It is their hope that when people come to stay at the farm, they feel safe, connected to the nature around them, and grounded in the peace and stillness that a slower life on a farm has to offer. They hope guests will come and stay, enjoy the surrounding area and all it has to offer, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to re-enter their lives with a renewed sense of peace.

The Tiny House

Tiny home · Sleeps 4 · 1 bedroom · 2 beds · 1 toilet
The Tiny House is a 180 sq ft. cabin on the bed of a 1970 International farm truck. It is centrally located on the property, close to the access road and main house. Carefully situated in a field of wild flowers under a big tree on top of a hill surrounded by lakes and mountains, it is an idyllic setting for an escape in Maine. The Tiny House features a loft above the cab with a full size mattress that sleeps 2, as well as a futon in the living space that folds down to sleep 2. Guests in the Tiny House can enjoy the convenience of an RV sized refrigerator and freezer, a propane stove for cooking, running water and sink for washing dishes, fresh drinking drinking water, Nature’s Head composting toilet, both an inside and outdoor shower, a deck and rocking chairs, and a fire pit. The Tiny House comes fully furnished with bedding, towels, cookware, and minimal cooking spices. While The Tiny House does technically have space to sleep 4, 2 in the loft and 2 on the futon, 4 people in that space makes for very tight quarters. If you plan to spend most of your time outside, 4 adults could work. However, if you’d like to spend more time inside, 4 is a lot. This space is much better suited for two people, a couple, or a family with small children. Parking is available on site.
