Relax and dine along the scenic Damariscotta River, or take a short walk to the town landing, where you'll find kayak rentals and river cruises. Damariscotta's vibrant downtown is one block away. You will find many restaurants, interesting shops and galleries and Skidompha library. Internet is available and pets are welcome too!

You will be camping inside the former Savory Maine restaurant, offering a unique indoor camping experience just one block from Damariscotta's vibrant downtown. Relax and dine along the scenic Damariscotta River, or take a short walk to the town landing, where you'll find kayak rentals and river cruises. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped commercial kitchen, featuring a stove, refrigerator, microwave, five sinks, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, and utensils. Sleep indoors, protected from the elements, mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and ticks, then freshen up in the compact shower and take advantage of the on-site laundry facilities. Cable TV and internet are included, and pets are welcome too! The space is minimally furnished, so please bring your own camp cots or air mattresses, sleeping bags or bed linens, and towels. You will have the exclusive use of the lower level of the former Savory Maine restaurant. You will have the exclusive use of the patio outside with a table and chairs. You will share the riverfront with the guests in the studio apartment and possibly an RV on site.
