Very private the view is wonderful we saw deer and turkeys. The concrete pad was easy to set up on and power water electric is right there. The concrete pad needs to be resurfaced when it rained it had deep standing puddles. We will be returning for sure as it is a beautiful place to relax and visit Belgrade lakes.

Very nice campsite located in a meadow setting on a level concrete pad with full hookups. Very quiet and plenty of room to spread out. The site was nicely kept and hookups were in good order. I would recommend this HipCamp.

My husband and I camped in our fifth wheel on Colleen’s land. We stayed with our two dogs, who loved running in the field. The land is beautiful, peaceful and very private. This spot is truly a slice of heaven.

Very peaceful, really nice to have the whole place to yourself. Tons of space for the dogs to run around. GPS takes you right to the entrance. Only issue was the breaker kept tripping for the power. Ended up running water heater on gas. No more issues.The breaker is only 20amp and feels very worn out. Will definitely stay again

This is a piece of paradise, if your looking for out of the box camping with hookups, a great view and a flat camping service, this is the property!!! Property was everything the host promised. My only suggestion is put up a unique site marker. We drove past,.

Cardinal's Corner
Cardinal’s Corner was the perfect getaway! Very secluded and peaceful — just what we were looking for. The open field gave the kids and dogs plenty of space to run and play. We also discovered a great little beach and swimming area about 25 minutes away, which was shallow and ideal for young kids. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quiet, family-friendly camping near Winthrop!

I had a fantastic 3 nights at this site! Privacy is unmatched, you have a giant field to yourself with a concrete pad to set up on and hook up to water, power, sewer. located in a small town with minimal cell service and no wi fi so great for getting away. The fire pit was awesome and easy to cook on. I would give 5 stars if the concrete pad was redone as it is very crumbly and creates puddles when it rains. it would have been nice if there was a mowed path around the edge of the field so you could walk around. we also didn't see a brook that's indicated on the listing.
overall though had a great time and enjoyed the private getaway

Cardinal's Corner is very peaceful and oh so quiet. We enjoyed two nights there with our dog off leash. The fireflies coming out at dusk were a new experience for our pup!
Water, power (20 amp), and sewer were all in good shape. GPS takes you right to the grass path opening in the trees. The site is in a corner of a large hayfield that is mowed well on the drive path and generously around the slab. That said it IS a hayfield so ensure your pets have tick protection.

Coleen was very communicative and responsive. The site was large, beautiful and very private. The sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend Scapes Cafe.
Waze took us exactly to the location however there was no street number marker, but we found it without any trouble. The only con is the concrete is tore up on half the slab so it retained the rainwater from the morning so we are walking in puddles all weekend.

Mention the dogs, loved this place! Our first night there the Stars were the only thing in sight! The camp site is quiet at all times of day, minus wild life noises at night time, owls sang us to sleep our second night there. Easy access for our long rig, over 55ft. Down the drive way and circled around on to the level house pad, easy access full hook ups 30amp power. Colleen had a small storage shed on site with an umbrella for the picnic table and a set of super fluffy pads for the campfire chairs on site. As far as the area is concerned, water everywhere! Lakes and ponds galore! You’re about 30 mins to anything city slickers might care to see or do, but the camp site is pretty much centrally located for anything of interest in Maine. We spent our days making road trips and scouting out properties and started referring to Cardinals Corner as going home by day two. Honestly can’t say enough, but thank you so much for sharing your space!

Colleen's land was very private, clean and had all you need for a get away.
We saw deer in the field and heard owls and coyote. There are ATV and snowmobile trails right down the street for nice walks in the woods.
Definitely a place to return.

What a beautiful spot!!! Absolutely nothing in sight but nature!! We had such a relaxing time with plenty space for the dogs to run! Great hookups and slab. My only advice, go slow when your GPS says you’re close as it’s easy to miss the drive. We want to return again and again!

Fantastic stay. Level pad, fire pit, full hookups and a huge open field for the dogs to play. I swear my dogs had huge smiles on their faces the entire time. I had hoped to do a work-cation but Verizon signal was strong enough for calls, but nothing more, so I drove into town each day to work. But being able to come “home” at the end of the day to relax by the fire and watch the dragonflies and birds (and dogs!) enjoying the field wasn’t too shabby! At night, the stargazing was fantastic. Colleen was super quick to respond to my questions and a great host. I’ve already rebooked for another stay!

Beautiful setting in a large field. Quietest space with full hookups. Second stay for us. Just a few minutes from Belgrade Lakes Village. Turn on the lights when you’re planning to come back late to make it easier to find the entrance at night.

Colleen's camp spot was a great stay for us. We were looking for a private rv pad with full hookups and easy access to hiking and swimming and yup, this was it! Easy to maneuver onto the pad and the privacy and beauty of the meadow really made it easy to relax at the end of the day. Turkeys, hawks, coyotes and owls were the predominant critters during our stay. Oh and an amazing full moon rise! This site is clean, easy to find, had decent cell signal and communication with Colleen was easy thru the app before our stay. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at Cardinals corner and it was just as relaxing as the first time. Very quiet with a fired full of fireflies at night!
We got hit with some hard rain the last evening and got stuck on the way out but the host was able to get us out in a very short amount of time - turning a potential headache into a fun story! Highly recommend!

Excellent location in a large field. Dark skies and the only sounds at night are the critters that frequent area! Nice pad with full hookups and a large picnic bench and very nice fire pit with a cooking grate! The field is surrounded by trees which must be spectacular in the fall.
One note the gps will list the address as the east side of the road but the entrance to the field is on the west side!

We loved Colleen's land! Just spent a long weekend there and although the weather had other plans at times, we had a great time. The spot is perfect for privacy with plenty of room to let the dogs run. Having full hookups was especially helpful since we lost a weld and our water tank hit the ground on the way up. The area is very quiet and only 20 minutes to Augusta with a huge plaza with just about every store you'll want or need. We recommend the Dew Haven Wildlife rescue/zoo about 15 minutes away. We'll definitely be back!

We loved the property. Very quiet and only surrounded by an open field. Having full hookups made our stay very easy. The cement pad is quite large. There is a firepit and chairs which can make for a nice quiet evening. Very close to Belgrade and a short drive to Augusta or Waterville. We would absolutely stay again

Colleen's land was perfect for what we needed. It was far off the road with 4 lantern lights on granite..very cute!! When lite at night they were beautiful. The shed hid the trash, charcoal along with the grill, a light on the outside and a few little things. The slab was nice, but a little rocky. The water hook up had a hose, the electric and sewer were easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
