This was my husband and I first time here and it was so amazing! We love antiques, and anything interesting and let me tell you they had it at every booth. Everybody was so incredibly nice and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back every month!

This place has been one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed. Dennis and Sherry treated us like family. We stayed during trade days and enjoyed checking out all the vendors. Christy and her husband made the restaurant a must visit every day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to travelers. We have a 38 ft towing a small trailer and had no problems with site.

Everyone is so nice and the scenery is amazing. There's a lot to do here and plenty of room to do it. There are 3 ponds for fishing. They have some washers and dryers. Trade days are every 3rd weekend of the month. Cookware, decor, FOOD 🤤, and lots more. I hate that we had to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality Wade.

Sunsets awesome. Events 3rd weekend of the month. 3 fishing ponds. RV park is quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. Ducks; Deer and squirrels are a Plus. If you are staying nearby or passing through, the RVs are definitely premium all around! Call Wade to reserve your spot! Family friendly, pet friendly and don’t be worried about the big yellow dog, she is absolutely friendly and loves kids. She barks when you come to greet, she likes to meet. She’ll bark and follow you in like a leader. Just pet her and she’ll sit with you until watching over you. Have kids? She is absolutely wonderful with kids. This place is under new ownership since 2021. This is a FAMILY PLACE! NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT THE OLD OWNERS HAD.

I am a returning vendor at this venue and I couldn’t be happier with the new ownership. Since the transition, the experience has improved tremendously. The new owners have created a much more family-oriented atmosphere, and the increase in customer traffic has been fantastic for business. It’s clear they truly care about both the vendors and the community. Communication has been great, the environment is welcoming, and the overall vision for the venue is inspiring. I’m excited to continue working with them and to see the business grow in a way that benefits the owners, the vendors, and—most importantly—the customers. Highly recommend checking it out!
