Basic dishes, cooking supplies and towels provided. Full bathroom comes stocked w/ shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, induction cook top; basic dishes & cooking supplies provided. Full bath comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. I allow up to 2 pets at this site for a $30 per booking. If you would like to bring a pet, please add the Pet Fee which is listed as an Extra during the booking process.

Enjoy a rare and memorable experience in this spacious Tiny House and immerse yourself in the unique charm of rural Kansas, picturesque farmland & open skies - perfect for stargazing. This tiny space features self checkin, a Full bunk bed, loft with a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi & kitchenette with medium sized fridge, microwave/convection, induction stovetop & coffee maker. Basic dishes & cooking supplies provided. Full bathroom comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Enjoy a stay in one of my tiny homes surrounded by amber waves of grain, farmland, and the winds of majestic Kansas. Please note that the location is rural so an occasional few bugs may fly in the door when it's opened. I added a bug light inside the tiny house to catch them and it has a power button on the front if you ever want to turn it off. The entire tiny house is yours. There is keyless entry. I will send the code the morning you are to check in. You let yourself in, which is perfect for late arrivals. If I know you’ll be here after dark I’ll leave the porch light of for you which makes a big difference when finding the house. If you have any questions, concerns, needs or would just like to chat, please feel free to reach out to me anytime via the app. FYI. There is a train track across the field and street from the tiny house that will sometimes pass through at night. I do provide earplugs in case you are a light sleeper. Please include all guests and pets in your reservation before booking.

Great place to stop on the way between Missouri and Colorado! Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to from the highway and has all the comforts we needed.

Steampunk Tiny House
The Steampunk tiny house was super clean, comfortable, and amazingly decorated. The thought put into the furnishings, lighting, and decorating was amazing. We stayed in the outstanding pink tiny house previously and we will definitely stay at one of Joan's tiny houses next time we pass through Kansas. Close to Hays (and the excellent Gella's diner/brewpub) and the Basilica of St. Fidelis in Victoria.

The tiny house was perfect! I appreciate Joan’s smart design of the home. It was clean and had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the location. Though I was tired from my travels, I did manage to step outside and was in awe of the night sky! Looking forward to my next visit!

Steampunk Tiny House
I loved this Hipcamp. I am a big fan of camping, glamping, and the occasional hotel, but this particular road trip I just need something that was peaceful and put together with minimal effort for me on setting up. I loved this and already shared it with friends and family. I Loved the entire vibe, the location, the bed, and all the accommodations. My absolute favorite was the open lighting and the projector which made for a great scary movie night. Only bummer for me was not having my dogs on the bed, but I set them up on the floor with some of my own blankets and they were more than happy. Loved that there was also a full bathroom and kitchen available as well. Next time I’ll just remember popcorn!

another lovely stay in this tiny house. the bed and blankets are super comfy! we stayed for 1 quick night, so we didn’t get use the projector with movies or play games. but the lose are super nice amenities. it’s metal inside, so that was super cool cause the towels and stuff were hung with magnetic to the wall.

the area was lovely and quiet. the little amenities were super great! the sodas in the fridge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom, the coffee, and granola bars. it was a great stay. we plan on coming back again soon!

Prairie Pink Tiny Home
We stayed in the pink tiny house and it was awesome. Everything worked great and the attention to detail is amazing. It was pristine when we arrived. It was so clean and new that it almost felt like we were the first guest to use the space. Has everything you need. Easy to get to from I-70 but quiet. Easy drive to Hays for dinner. Planning to stay there again!

Prairie Pink Tiny Home
Joan was a great host that was very responsive to my inquiries in a timely manner. Beautiful tiny home on a private lot. It was perfect for my daughter and I for a break between the Denver to Kansas City drive. I would highly recommend staying here as an alternative to any hotel. Mahalo Joan🤙🏾
