My dogs and I loved our stay on Robin’s land. He is very kind and had everything we needed. Peaceful location and close to everywhere we were going. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the privacy to play guitars around the campfire. Robin also made a camp call to bring us an adapter so we could have electricity after dark. Awesome land. Awesome host. We plan to visit again!

Perfect location, beautiful sunset (picture included) nice grassy trail for an anytime still by yourself or with your dog. Speaking of dogs, Robin has installed a HUGE and I mean HUGE Dog Park. Water, electric and convenient extras if you want them🫶🏼 I’ll be back!

Convenient metro location with easy access to food and nature areas. Loved the location and didn’t mind the minor road/interstate noise. Clean. Great basic campsite with some extra touches.

This so calm and relaxing. Lots of space and quiet. Right now there is a lot of construction going on in the area, but it was still quiet during our three night stay. Robin stopped by the first night to make sure we were settled in and had what we needed. Very friendly. Met the other camper there who was taking their two dogs to the dog run. Nice fenced in area that is quite large. We don't have dogs, but that was a nice area to take them to play. We will definitely try to stay again if we are in the area.

Nice little spot. Could use some updated pictures showing the housing development and construction going on across the road. Well-kept yard and very nice dog park. I wasn’t sure where the walking paths were and I didn’t get much information about the property when I checked in with the host. Could use a new bench and fire pit, as well as empty the port-a-pot. It was good for an impromptu night away.

This is a nice location for a quiet camping experience. Robin was a great host, explaining all available to Us. Nice to have a place for Our pets to exercise on the trails. Would camp here again.

Camping at Robin's land was enjoyable. It is on the outskirts of Ankeny, Iowa, making it very convenient for our visit with friends. There was construction going on next door on a new development, but it wasn't a problem at all. The nights were peacefully quiet. The view from our windows was still of rolling hills, trees, and green grass. I would stay here again when we return to Ankeny.

It's a neat little spot, but it's right by a loud side road and the interstate which you can hear all night long, so this was tough in a tent. It's not very private being so close to the road, and also the construction workers started at 6:15 in the morning which was quite loud. Also difficult was not having a sink or flushing toilet. (There is a pit toilet)
The host was very nice, but not a very relaxing stay for me.

Excellent service and communication. Location is spectacular! Electric, water, fire pit, trees shade…need I go on? Will come back and stay later.

Robin has thought of everything to make this camping adventure perfect. Not only are the surroundings beautiful, our spot had a concrete slab with picnic table and benches for relaxing after a day’s drive. We travel with our dog, and there was a mown path where we could get him out for a run. But the icing on the cake was the fenced in dog park. What a treat! Rogue gave it two paws up! We will definitely request another stay here if we are ever this way again.

Great little spot just a few minutes off the interstate, but quiet. Super clean, private and welcoming. Dogs loved the SniffSpot Park when no reservations were there, we had the place to ourselves. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve camped here several times, and this visit came with a wonderful surprise 😮 Robin had installed an amazing doggie park! It’s HUGE!!!! We always enjoy the mowed paths through out the property (and this time as well) but the HUGE fenced area for off lead play was a special treat 😍 Thanks Robin! 😍

I loved my stay here, it was quiet, private, and perfect for a single night stay during a long road trip. The private dog park was lovely, and the mowed walking trails were well maintained. Easy to find, easy to park with a tow-behind, and right off the highway!

Robin was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely be staying again when we are heading south to visit family. We stayed at the greenhouse campsite and he had a few fixings for s'mores and we were able to enjoy a fire and the sounds of nature. The location was so perfect right off the interstate. I highly recommend.

On my trip to this stop I was waylaid by extreme weather through Kansas, and didn’t ultimately make it to Robin’s place. She was super kind and understanding and provided a full refund. I hope to make it to The Greenhouse on my return trip home

Very helpful and easy on and off of highway 35. Peaceful. I arrived on a Saturday. The only drawback might be a week day stay due to a new housing development encroachment to the south of his property.

Robin had mowed nice trails in a field, and I took my dog on several walks there. No one else was around, it was really nice. It's a nice clean farm and Robin greeted us when we arrived. We didn't have a 50 to 30 amp adapter, and he offered us one to use. Just a great place to camp and a nice, professional host.

Pups and I stayed on our way from Nebraska to Wisconsin. Super easy to find and convenient to laundromat and great grocery which we needed. Everything on site was very neat and well cared for. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us at all as there are also some lovely trails, great space for all to stretch their legs! Robin was attentive and we would stay again.

Nice spot with flexible parking options for different vehicles, right off the interstate & easy to find, Robin had just turned the lights on for us & said a quick hello as we were arriving after dark - great experience overall when we needed an overnight stay.
