The property was developed back in 2004, Jeff is a Sculptor and originally built the property out to accommodate a studio, but soon after they built a modest home and have lived here ever since. With a passion for hospitality and willing ness to share the best of what North Idaho has to offer, They decided to open up a portion of their property to guests. This began the process of developing a completely a private campsite. As of 2023 the site is mostly designed for campers with rv's and the ability to be self-contained, but as we move into the future its a good possibility that other amenities will be added Private wooded meadow nestled on ten acres in beautiful northern Idaho. Perfect base camp for North Idaho adventures. Distances To: 2 miles - Silverwood Theme Park. 4 miles - Super 1 grocery store 7 miles - Farragut State Park / Boat launch / hiking and biking trails 7 lakes within 15 miles with countless outdoor pursuits Restaurants : Sweet Lou's ( 4.5 Miles) Iron Pizza ( 4.5 Miles) Country Boy aCafe (4 .5 miles) Candle in the woods ( 4.5) Beacon Pizza and Tap house (4 .5 miles)This is a single site, Completely Private and sits nestled between beautiful trees and a grassy pasture. The site was very nice, we liked that it was a solo spot (my dog is too vocal with other dogs around) perfect spot for our trip through. The host was very friendly. Would stay again!

Awesome site! Private, safe and enjoyable. Level gravel spot for the camper, grass for the tent. Not alot of shade but we were so pleased with the ENTIRE site, that taking a short stroll to sit under a tree in the shade felt like a storybook moment. The birds chirp all day, the wind breezes through the trees blissfully, the stars put in the most spectacular show at night. Jeff is friendly, informative and a very talented carving artist. Silverwood is only a couple miles away, athol or Hayden is a short drive, triple play fun park is close by as well. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable our time spent here was. Absolutely an affordable Family friendly site and we would recommend it to everyone looking for a place to stay close to the fun or even a quiet get away for a couple/family.

Private and Peaceful

We were so lucky to have found this property. The long RV/parking pad, oversized picnic table, adirondack chairs, and treed scenery made for an ideal stay with out pop-up camper. Host (Jeff) was great with communication and so helpful with local attractions (restaurants, outdoor activities, etc). Very close to Silverwood as well. We will be back!
