Beautiful gated property with kind hosts. There were other people camped during my stay, but with the way things were set up I never saw them aside from going down the driveway. I very faintly heard the train they refer to on their listing, but my windows were closed for the most part. The only negative was that my cell reception was pretty bad. I full time and have Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. I had zero reception on AT&T and T-Mobile, and Verizon had a bar if I was lucky. I limped along using Verizon as a hotspot for the other phones which was not ideal. This is obviously no fault of the hosts, I just hadn't seen cell reception mentioned in any other reviews, so thought I would mention it if it's important to future guests. With that said I would definitely stay again if they would have me.

This property is in a beautiful area east of Atlanta on a large gated piece of land with open fields and a few RV parking spots. We stayed in a full hookup spot adjacent to their workshop and had nice views of the field and woods behind the property out our rig door. The hosts were responsive, kind and engaged! The local town of Covington has a ton of options for restaurants, stores to resupply etc. Very pleasant stay!

Fabulous property! Country, no crowds of campgrounds. Karen and Gene are the best! Even took me in during tornado warning! They are accommodating and generous without being intrusive. Close to I-20 but you'd never know it. Great for long term. Almost hate to give high rating, might make it harder to get back in 😊

I stayed just one night on my way through the area, but was impressed by the upkeep of the location and hospitality of the hosts. Very clean site, and easily accessed, level RV parking. The hosts are RVers, and they've done it right!

This is a lovely pasture location with a well-manicured lawn. The property being gated is a huge plus. It is located far enough from the City of Atlanta to be very peaceful, but not too far if you want to drive into it to play tourist. There are plenty of dining options within a suburban area less than ten minutes away and also a small town to explore.
This location offers many options to setup camp - you can be on either side of the barn structure with convenient access to 15a power, water, and sewer or choose to be further out into the field where, while there is no electric or sewer hookups out that far from the building, there are a couple water spigots spread throughout.
We enjoyed our quiet stay at this location and would absolutely consider it a preferred option when visiting the Atlanta area.

Very private and quiet. Gene and Karen were warm, welcoming, and helpful, but definitely gave us our privacy. Saw and heard deer and other wildlife nightly. Highly recommended!
