They are less than 200 square feet. So while you will have a full kitchen and indoor plumbing please be aware that there is no scale in the images to reflect their “tiny nature.” We have taken steps to extend your home space with a large deck, outdoor lighting and firepits. 🔥Water Heater Warning: Please note that the tiny home has a tiny water heater. You'll want to take quick showers and wait a few minutes between each time you use it. Children are not permitted as guests at the tiny homes. Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Honey Bear Haven
This cabin was the perfect mountain escape—quiet, tucked into a ravine, and surrounded by winding roads and beautiful views. We arrived late Friday, please note when arriving in the dark it may be a bit hard to find but for us it just added to the laughs. There was no signal out near the cabin, so it took a bit of teamwork, but we got it figured out. Saturday was all about the outdoors: breakfast at Bear Necessities Café, then hiking Amicalola Falls (about 40 mins away, but again we appreciated the drive through the mountains and we're not rushed to do anything). We tackled the 425+ stairs at the falls, and tag-teamed carrying our dog, who absolutely refused the metal steps 😂. Sunday’s rain slowed things down in the best way—gold mine tour, incredible Mediterranean food at Pharaoh’s Feast, then soaking in the hot tub and ending each night with a campfire. Peaceful, cozy, and dog-friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Fawn's Thicket
This was a perfect weekend getaway! We only stayed a single night, but this tiny gem is equipped with everything you need. Beautiful setting, even in winter. We weren't concerned but we were wondering how well heated the cabin would be. When we woke in the morning it was 24F, feels like 9F, and we had had a toasty night. Blankets provided were perfect. Space heater was excellent. The floor and bottom level were cooler, but the heat rising to the sleeping loft necessitated turning on the fan to circulate and ease a bit of stuffiness, as crazy as that is. And the hot tub was blessedly HOT, even in the freezing weather. Towels provided. We thoroughly enjoyed a bit of stargazing even with the string lights lit. We wished we had remembered our firewood. The fire pit by the creek is so inviting, with log formed benches and a bar height one for ease with refreshments. It was still a great coffee spot in the morning. Jodi and her team are excellent communicators. I was able to consult with them about some of the forest roads in the area as we wanted to do the short day hike to the southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail. MAJOR TIP: approach the parking lot from the north/west direction on the forest service road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hedgehog Hideaway
This is the perfect hideaway for a couple! Everything is perfect, fully equipped kitchen, close to various attractions, I surely recommend to everyone. Karen was so kind to us and it an excellent Christmas. We’ve been been to Raccoon’’s Nook, Hedgehog, third time will be Honey Bear. Thank you

Raccoon's Nook
Joni’s place was very cute and fit the bill for what we were looking for a quiet weekend stay! About thirty to forty minutes from great areas like Dahlonega and Blairsville, we got to explore both town and forest and have a cozy place to crash. Be mindful you can see the other tiny homes if you’re looking for something extremely quiet.

Joni’s cabin was just a beautiful place to rest and get away! We were able to take advantage of the vast number of beautiful hikes nearby, the hot tub during the afternoon, and the restful sunset in the evening. Definitely recommend

Loved this cute little cabin feeling tiny house in the mountains! The bed is extremely comfortable and cozy and had all amazing amenities. We were bummed the hot tub on ours was broken, which would've have made it even better, but overall was great time!

Perfect little stay after a week on the road for vacation. Would 100% recommend. Easy to find. The outdoor oasis and hot tub was amazing after a day of fishing !

Cutest little house in the holler. Even with all the rain, this was a beautiful spot. With the rushing of the creek and the power of the near by waterfall, the woods were alive with water sounds that gave me exactly what I needed to relax. Located far enough away from everything yet just a scenic drive to everything. We ventured through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park one day. Explored all the mountain towns near by, finding restaurants, shops and even a meadery another day. Ventured to the nearby Amicalola Falls on yet another. Suches was our home base for a special mountain adventure. The host was awesome in responding to our only issue (we couldn't get the Fire stick to work). Definitely planning on doing it again.

What a great place!! The cabin had everything I needed. The hot tub was a welcome relief after a long day of hiking. Quiet spot, great location, tons of things to do. Hope to get back there one day.

It was awesome little place. I will definitely be back! Very clean and absolutely beautiful location. You can hear the waterfall in the back from the cabin.

Chipmunk Chalet
We enjoyed the stay! Very secluded! Mountain path was fun to drive (recommend an SUV or larger for driving the dirt roads and steeper inclines. Check in was easy, wifi a plus, and Hot tub was great! When they say tiny they mean it. I recommend a clearer path to the fire pit with steps or easier grading for those that may need it.
