The space was clean and had all of the basic needs met - firepit, benches, picnic table. We were able to find a semi-flat area to set up our tent. This is the furthest site from the restrooms but it's also the most private. We loved the tree cover and the sweet small trail nearby. Everything was clean and easy.

Loved the camp ground. Site 3 was a little smaller than we expected and didn’t expect to have to pull all of our stuff to the site in a wagon but over all enjoyed the vibe and the outdoor bathroom with shower and the outdoor sink for washing dishes. We will most likely be back!

We set up camp at site #3. We traveled from Florida and it was the half mark to our second destination. We got there late and had little time to set up before we lost daylight. Thank goodness there were multiple wagons so we could carry everything together.
It was gorgeous night sky with tons of visual stars which is something we don’t see very often because of the light pollution where we are from. We only had one issue with firewood but Bob came to the rescue and found us some dry would they had in storage. He talked to us and told us about the beautiful site they had to offer near by. It was so quiet out there we slept like logs.
The grounds were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Bob and Cathy for your hospitality. We hope to see you again soon. The drive to the spot and the drive out has lots of curves and beautiful scenery. If you get motion sickness make sure you have the tools because it’s a gorgeous drive.

The campground host (owners) were super nice and polite and the bathhouse was one of the nicest I have ever been in. I will say that site #2 has absolutely zero grass or gravel and is very muddy if it rains. If it does rain, water runs directly through the site. As of 6/8/2025, there were two very dead pine trees that could fall into the campsite at any time and should be removed immediately. With a little site improvements, this campground would be stellar!

My stay was great! Cathy was more than accommodating and the site was beautifully laid out. It’s centrally located and the modern amenities are a great value compared to traditional campsites. I will be back!

This site might be my all time favorite. I came with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and from the second we pulled into the grounds, it felt special. Donna (the grounds manager) met us at the trading post(cutest place with anything you need or forgot) and showed us around, even surprised me with a birthday present! The bathrooms were pristine; they keep them heated during cold months which was VITAL for our 30° night. They also have heated yurt style cabins that were SO COOL and we will absolutely be booking next time. Bob&Cathy stopped our site and immediately felt like family. Offered us hot cocoa. I love them. The other campers were far enough away that you felt secluded but when we walked by their sites, we made fast friends. Oh! And they have a really cool walking trail on the grounds that is a fun little side adventure. This was truly the best campground experience I’ve ever had and I already can’t wait to return.

WONDERFUL hosts, beautiful campsites, remote enough for privacy and an escape to nature but not completely isolated for those of us who aren't ready to brave total wilderness - LOL. We will be back!!!

This was an excellent campsite in one of the most beautiful areas of the GA mountains that I have been. Not only is the place beautiful, but Bob and Cathy were gracious hosts and were very knowledgeable about the history of the area and some of the awesome things to do while there. This was definitely a 10/10 experience!

Very well thought out place to camp out and enjoy the great outdoors. From the space heaters in the shower/bath house to the sites and proved wagons to transport gear, we really enjoyed the our stay. Also the recommendations kept us busy throughout the day.

4 of us had a great experience camping here! The stars at night were very bright, it was amazing getting to see them through the trees. Bob helped us make sure we had everything we needed, including helping us get batteries for our lamp. The bathrooms and showers were really nice!

We had a great time camping here! Everyone was so friendly and the bathrooms were the best I've seen on a campground! They had firewood available on site that you could buy whenever you ran out. We will definitely be coming back here!

This is an absolutely perfect getaway! Very very well kept camp site. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and also well kept. If total seclusion is your want, you probably want to skip this but I never felt anyone could see what I was doing. The best part of this site is Miss Donna. She is a total gem. The most lovely caretaker of the property!
Plenty of room for two tents on site 5 with lots of room to spare too.

Me and my friend Maggie had an absolute blast. It was awesome to have the feel of being “out in the woods” while actually just being a few steps away from pristine showers and bathrooms. Bob and Cathy even leave out little wagon so you can cart your things from your car to your campsite with ease! Definitely going to come back and maybe we’ll even upgrade and stay in one of the little cabins. Bonus points, Donna, who tends to the place when Bob’s out of town, is the loveliest human.
