Nature Campsite with Creek Access

Just 15 minutes to downtown historical Newnan and 40 minutes to the Atlanta airport this campsite is within view through the trees of the main house where hosts reside. Fire pit, firewood and open air, outdoor bathroom (sink, solar shower, toilet) included. Please note: cold water only! Shower is usually warmer than outside temperature but is reliant on solar heating. Take a walk through wooded trails and within 5 min enjoy access to a small creek. This property is home to wild turkey, deer, owls and other Georgia wildlife offering guests a private, nature immersed stay in a cul-de-sac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.This is the only tent site offered on our property so guests have exclusive use of fire pit and outdoor bathroom. Room for 2 tents, this site has a leveled off area bordered by stones for one tent plus the choice to pitch a tent in a small clearing just at the forest edge. In view of the main house yet far enough away to have privacy, this tent site is nestled in at the edge of the forested, undeveloped portion of our property. Cement circle drive turns into a short, gravel utility drive leading directly to the campsite offering convenient parking for 2 vehicles in very close proximity to the campsite. Approximately 30 yards from the campsite is an open air, outdoor bathroom within the swimming pool enclosure (pool is closed until July 2025) but open bathroom includes a solar shower, sink, and flushing toilet. Please note: bathroom has cold water only! Trail head at the camp site leads to a small creek and links to other short walking trails on the property. No parties, no pets, no animals, no drugs, no alcohol.
