I absolutely loved this spot! It’s so tranquil and beautiful. We brought our small 20 foot camper, and we had no problems with any of the hook ups. This campground is incredibly well kept, and peaceful. The bathrooms, the outdoor showers, and the trash area were very clean. The cabin looks absolutely adorable. Big shoutout to Mr. Tim for letting our five year old son check out his tractor. This one of the nicest spots we’ve found so far and will most definitely be staying here again!

Quaint grounds away from city life! I did not meet the host, but a family member, and he could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The out house is very clean and the shower is outdoor but not heated. It’s enough privacy to be modest and enough water pressure to get you clean. The sites are well maintained and spacious so there is room for privacy and the surrounding area is quiet! The camp was easy to find and at the time of stay (winter) no bugs or wildlife bothering you. It’s also close enough to town you can drive in for meals or supplies. And the amount of outdoor activity near by is fantastic. I would definitely stay again if I were traveling in the area.

What a wonderful stay! The spot was incredibly peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Allie and her dad were so welcoming and attentive; they made us feel right at home. Would definitely come again! Donkey and horse were amazing, and the 2 pups.

We loved this site, the bathroom and potable water accommodations exceeded our expectations. The other sites are within 100-150ft of one another but it still felt private. The host are very welcoming and helped us out when we had some car problems and were mindful of the freezing temperatures and brought us some extra fire wood. Overall a great experience and we will be looking to come back in the summer time.

Allie and her family are absolutely wonderful. They were considerate and respectful of our space. They were kind and accommodating. They have a beautiful space that is cute and homey, enough trees for privacy on various sites, but still easy to find and simple enough to maneuver.

Second Time’s a Charm!

This was our second stay here, and somehow it was even better than the first! The privacy is top-notch, you truly feel tucked away in your own little slice of nature with incredible views of the surrounding outdoors that never get old. The amenities make it easy to fully relax: a shower, water, and a convenient dishwashing area that make camping comfortable without losing the off-grid vibe. We spent our days unwinding, laughing, and just enjoying being outside, and our evenings were extra special thanks to all the wildlife—including watching bats swoop through the sky, which was such a cool experience. The hosts are fantastic: friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about making sure guests have a great stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-thought-out Hipcamp with amazing scenery and thoughtful hosts, this place is a gem. We already know it won’t be our last visit! 🌄🦇✨

Beautiful, Serene and Secluded

These grounds are beautiful and neatly tended to. You get the feeling of solitude without being completely removed from civilization. Very cute campsite tucked away in the foliage. The outdoor shower was a great surprise (albeit a chilly start to the morning)! Amaaaaaazing spot for stargazing

Perfect local oasis

Firstly NESTLE sucks and is ruining local agriculture and access to water. That being said the family was wonderful, we had a very kind note and some great tea left by Allie and had the pleasure of meeting her father who was just a ray of sunshine. The campsite is def more of a summer camp but it was BEAUTIFUL every second! Thanks again yall!!

Loved that I could see the other campers tucked into the woods/knew they were there, but was never disturbed by them. Felt safe for also feeling like relatively in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful morning and evening.

The campsite was easy to find and very cute! There was quite a bit of plastic trash in the fire pit and we did feel that the the pictures were a bit misleading there’s no water in pond (it’s winter but still it was pictured as a pond not a pit/puddle) and the garden was just a fenced in weed area. Again seasonal but misleading photos

Absolutely obsessed with this place! Our stay was very peaceful and easy, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. We loved the setup of the property, it felt very comfortable and open yet still private and serene. There was a few bees at some point so just make sure you bring bee repellent but other than that Allie was a great host and provided us with ample firewood. The pond wasn’t full during our stay unfortunately but the trees/nature still provided beautiful views. We will definitely be back 😍

Absolutely perfect!

This little A-frame and surrounding property is absolutely perfect!!! It rained while I was there, and I had the best sleep ever listening to the rain on the roof. Allie left a little note, and set up firewood for me. All the little details were so wonderful. I highly recommend!!!

We love this spot. Quiet and remote with rustic conveniences. The campsites are perfect for tents and hammocks and the available fire wood and eggs for purchase are a nice touch. Owners are friendly and attentive. Looking forward to returning.

What a precious place. They’ve covered so many details: directions are clear, sites are clearly marked and spaced out/private, toilet/outhouse is comfortable, dishes can be washed, shower also available, firewood bundle waiting at the fire pit, and the gorgeous property was clean/spotless/no trash anywhere. It was also quiet. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time coming to Wildflower Pond and we had an absolutely wonderful time. We have been to many hip camps along the east coast, and this is by far the best one. The love, intentionality, and care put into this space is obvious and something to be cherished. If you want a relaxing time in nature, I highly recommend staying here.

Magical

This was a wonderful experience. The site was clean and very taken care of. Nature treated us well, we got to see many beautiful birds. Nights were quiet and peaceful. The Pileated place is amazing, so cozy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to camp. Bring peace with you, respect the owners and others living around that area.

Cute/Cozy Place with Minor Drawback

It’s a great little area and they’ve done a lot to make it cozy and welcoming. Out of their control however were two things that people may want to be aware of. Our 1st night was great-quiet, peaceful, just us with our little dog and the stars, as we listened to distant coyotes singing. Second night however, someone too close by decided to do target practice with a rifle (high power kind with sequential shots). The shots rang out far into the night scaring our dog and disturbing our evening. After a brief pause, they’d start up again and it became quite disturbing. Added to that (and may have been related) a dog barked incessantly off and on most of the night. The host couldn’t be held accountable for these things, but if this is the norm people need to be aware (especially those who have a sensitive dog or may have PTSD). So we had a great night and a meh night. We were in a tent in Owl Burrow …. maybe those in an RV or on one of the other sites wouldn’t have minded as much.

I arrived shortly after sunset and set up my tent, took a cool shower which was really nice and refreshing after the springs! The place was cute, you could tell they put a lot of love and care into it, which is also quite inspiring. I needed a safe space to rest last minute and so there it was.

Close to San Felasco

We booked this site last minute because it was super close to the San Felasco trails and we had a full day of riding planned- I'm so glad we found it! The property was beautiful, the outhouse was clean and well-kept, and there was even an outdoor sink for washing our dishes, a huge fire ring, and a picnic table. We wish the water in the pond had been a little higher and more conducive for fishing, but that is no fault of the owners, and we were still able to catch one bass. We will definitely make this our new home stop for long riding days in Alachua.

One of the best experiences weve had. Allie was so amazing. You could see and feel the love in the detail. Still a primitive experience but with organization. She allowed us to pet her beautiful horses and made sure we felt welcomed. Thank You Allie. Super reccomend.
