This property is a gorgeous corner canal front lot situated right next to conservation land which allows for fantastic wildlife watching (river otters, birds, manatee, fish, crab, raccoons, etc). Property is located in a small, quiet neighborhood with access to the Weeki Wachee River. There is a single-family house on lot and you would be renting the RV Driveway & Glamping area. The glamping area includes use of the floating dock (for easy vessel launch or yoga), beach area with fire pit, & covered patio & dining set. The paddle down the canal is magical, surrounded by so much nature, and in about 20 mins you’ll reach the pristine waters of the Weeki Wachee River. Make left onto river and you’ll be paddling upstream towards The Weeki Wachee State Park (which features mermaid shows) or make a right and cruise downstream toward Hospital Hole, Rogers Park Beach, and Upper Deck Café. This is a great spot to reach for easy water access and to feel surrounded by nature.
