Brand new waterfront tiny house with amazing sunsets and views 😍 Message me for weekly and monthly significant discounts. Bring your boat and toys as there’s so much to do in nature. Fish off the deck or from the yard, zip over to the springs in 10 minutes or head over to the St Johns river for a meal. Lawn games anre under the 5th wheel to use. There is a camp store on site for snacks, bait, drinks, ice, fire wood etc. and there are board games up there that you’re welcome to check out. We are surrounded by conservation land and we have one of the highest populations of bald eagles. We also have friendly squirrels that love to tap on the door for nuts 🥜 in the morning. Turtles, small alligators and a very diverse bird population to name a few are always around. Our internet is Starlink and isn’t the best by any stretch of the imagination, cell service is pretty good though.Escape to a brand-new, peaceful tiny house nestled in a quiet, private spot right on the water at Lake George. Inside you’ll find a comfortable queen bed with under-bed storage drawers and a small closet, a flushing toilet, a refreshing rain shower, and a kitchen with a large sink, two-burner induction cooktop, convection oven/air fryer combo, and a compact apartment fridge. All pots, pans, and kitchenware are provided. A fold-down table in the living area works for meals or as a quiet workspace, while the larger table on the deck is ideal for outdoor dining with the lake nearby. The couch can serve as extra sleeping space if needed, and there’s room outside for a small two-person tent. Wake up to peaceful mornings by the water, enjoy the natural surroundings, and unwind in your own private lakeside retreat. Ideal for couples looking for a cozy, self-contained escape on Lake George.

Hot and cold water. Tiny house has a tiny water heater. It’s great but sometimes you have to turn the shower off and on again for long hot showers. We also have nice camp showers at the store.

Trash bin. Sorry our remote area in Florida doesn’t offer recycling 😕

Private, oven, stovetop or hot plate, fridge, freezer, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, basic seasoning and oils, sink or other dishwashing station. There are also picnic tables all

We have WiFi but it is very basic because of the location and reliance on Starlink. Phones and hotspots work out here too.

Fantastic view. Comfortable house. Was pure dirty outside, but we washed the table, and swept. Clean bedding, not covered in dog hair will be a plus. Also when you wake up and see nasty fan, covered in dirth, not a pleasant thing. If you rent this house in winter time - it has no heat. I accidetally took a towel with us. I will wash it and mail it back on Monday. Sorry.

I would recommend it to everyone I know, and I've already recommended it to three friends, because I loved camping in this beautiful place, full of peace, love, and a magnificent sunset. You can be sure I'll be back soon.

Beautiful Spot on Lake George
Very nice tiny home on the water, loved the sunset and abundant wildlife, gators, turtles, cranes, even saw a momma otter and her two babies. Boat ramp is decent, should be deep enough for boats up to 20ft but it was very shallow in most parts. Just stick to the marked areas. Will definitely be back, great place to unwind and far from the more crowded areas.

Fantastic house, hosts and campground...so peaceful and quiet with sunsets that rival those we see here on the gulf coast. Everything we needed was in the house with the bed being surprisingly comfortable. Perfect home base with plenty to do within about a 50 mile radius (springs, lakes, quaint downtowns). Will be back I am sure!

We had booked the tiny cabin for a few days this week, sadly, we decided to cut our visit short as hurricane Milton was/is approaching. This is the perfect little cabin, with everything you need for a getaway! Hosts are so nice, quick to reply, very helpful and informative. We chose this cabin for the nature experience and although the weather had other plans for us, we were still able to enjoy some of Floridas magical wildlife. We wish everyone the best with this horrible hurricane approaching and hope we have the chance to come back and enjoy this tiny cabin in all it's sunsets glory again one day. Thanks for the experience and sending all luck and prayers your way!

Tiny home "Glamping"

This rv and marina is fantastic! We went during the week and there were not alot of visitors, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Our tiny house was so cozy and comfortable and private. The people we met were friendly and the staff was amazing. Thank you Whitney for allowing us to visit this peaceful gem of Florida.

Old Florida Beauty

This a very beautiful place. The nature is everywhere for you to enjoy. Old florida at its breathtaking best. The sights from the deck were better than any TV. Tiny home is well appointed and has everything you need to kick back and relax. Missed out on fishing as itvwas a bit wet outside but you can not control the weather. Next time, We will surely return. Thankyou

What a great location! Right on lake George so the the breeze feels amazing even when it’s relatively hot outside. The tiny house has everything you might need and we enjoyed our fire pit prob the most out of everything. Whitney was a great host and kept in communication throughout the course to our stat. Would def come back.

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing weekend staying at Whitney’s place. The tiny home itself is spacious, beautiful, and well thought out, with everything you need available to make your stay comfortable. The location is breathtaking and to be honest, every day it was difficult to leave the beautiful area to go on our adventures . We highly recommend Whitney’s place and hope to return.

Perfect Little Getaway On The Water

I had an amazing time at Whitney’s Tiny House on Lake George. It was the perfect getaway, with breathtaking sunsets from the deck every evening and all the essentials inside that you could need for a short or long term stay. My family and I created wonderful memories here. Beyond the great place and location, everyone we met was friendly and welcoming at the campground. Whitney, was kind, generous and beyond helpful. We're certainly looking forward to returning to Pine Island.

The sunset's on the lake were absolutely spectacular. We loved our stay at this tiny house. It was perfect for our baby's first camping trip.
