Lake front farm on 10 acres with water sports, fire pit and 6 minutes to downtown Eustis, 15 minutes to downtown mount Dora and 45 minutes to Orlando. Lake is spring fed and beautiful. Kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat and canoe available for use at anytime. There is a boat ramp on property is you bring your own small boat or jetski. Fire pit with seating by the lake. This is a farm, expect there to be animals to include livestock, pets, and wild animals. If you are not comfortable with being around animals, including dogs, then this is not the property to book.

600 ft.² one bedroom house built 2025 on 10 acre farm directly on Clear Lake. Clear Lake is a spring fed lake over stocked with bass and other fish. Kayaks, paddle board, pedal boat all available for your use. Have a small boat? We have a concrete boat ramp- bring it and the jet skis! built in 2025 with a full kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, shower, living room, and excellent air-conditioning and heating systems. The main bedroom contains a luxury king size bed. The living room has a small couch, and queen size air mattress available if needed. Wake up to cows and horses outside the window and walk 200 yards to the white sand beach on the spring fed lake. Tranquil connection with nature. Additional horse stalls available if you are bringing your hors(es)

What a picturesque lakeside setting. This charming little farm is peaceful, fun, and the perfect weekend escape. Comfortable, well appointed, and the grounds are simply beautiful. Even better, Stacy and her Husband were exceptionally welcoming. My wife took a sisters-and-mom weekend away; they loved the place so much they stayed the entire time and never made it into Eustis as originally planned.

My family had a ton of fun at Stacy and Jeff's. Their property had lots of space for my kids to run around and jump on the tramp. The lake bordering their property is beautiful and we enjoyed an afternoon on their boats. Would love to come back!
