I needed a place close to Mayo Clinic for daily treatments and could not have found a better location. Chrissy was a very accommodating hostess and her yard although on the road felt very private with the landscaping. Very close to all the shopping and restaurants we needed as well as the beautiful Neptune beach. We definitely would stay again.
Perfect location, Mayo Clinic is only 15 minutes away and even closer to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants just down the street. The spacious lot is shaded and private despite being close to a fairly busy road at times. Our dog had plenty of room to stretch her legs with the fenced in lot. Chrissy is a very gracious and welcoming host making us feel like part of the family.

Nice setup, very nice hostess who looks after everything. Don't hesitate to book this hidden gem only a mile to the beach.
Location, location, location. Perfect! Walk to the beach, coffee, pastries, restaurants, groceries, surf shops. What more do you need.

The host was fantastic! The internet was great, and having a yard for my dog was perfect. The place really felt like home. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

Chrissy was very kind and hospitable. The road by the house is fairly busy, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Excellent location in Neptune beach and having full hookups was a huge bonus. Will stay here again for my next visit in the area.

Nice campsite and host. The only downside is that the road beside the campsite is a main road and the night we stayed was very busy until about midnight.

Chrissy has done a nice job to fix up her property so that it is welcoming. It is a 25-minute walk to the beach and close to all the conveniences and big box stores. It served as a great base camp for exploring the area. Campers should note that depending where you park your rig on the property, you may need an extra extension cord to access the 50 amp outlet. Also, for us, it didn't work out to hook up to sewer because our trailer, 27 ft, was too long to turn around on the property. Not a super quiet spot because it is next to a busy road, but if you don't plan to spend too much time in your camper, it works out fine. Chrissy was very accommodating, friendly, and made herself available if there was anything we needed. I would definitely consider returning if I wanted to spend time in the Neptune Beach area again.

Our experience at Chrissy’s property was wonderful. The location is perfect - especially with two young children. We were able to ride bikes to the beach, library and park. The outdoor space is perfect. Private and lovel with tons of shade. We spent most days outside in the gigantic yard that was dedicated to just us. Chrissy is kind and accommodating and more than willing to make any accommodations to make things easier. Can’t say enough good things about this solace. Grateful we found her on here.
