Great little spot in a wonderful beach RV condo community! The site is a concrete pad and level. Anthony was quick to respond to my messages & questions, even came to help with an issue with the lockbox that turned out to be my user error. The site has a bit of shade in early AM and late PM but not in the heat of the day so be prepared with a canopy. I only needed to use the 30amp connection and water but the site also had a sewage connection that appeared well maintained. There are several air conditioned bathroom buildings on site that were cleaned daily and in excellent condition. 3 beautiful pools and one hot tub. Beach access is locked and only for condo residents/guests so the beach is quiet and not crowded. The community is situated between the ocean and the Indian River so beautiful sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the river. Everyone around the community was so friendly and inviting. Will definitely be back!

This place exceeded all our expectations. In addition to the beautiful landscaping, everything was very organized, the bathrooms were always clean, and the people were kind and welcoming! We will definitely be back with our family! A valuable tip for future visitors: Rent a golf cart, we missed it and there are companies that rent them nearby!

This was one of the smoothest Hipcamp stays we’ve ever had! Booking was simple, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The site was spotless, thoughtfully organized, and exactly as described. Anthony was a fantastic host—always responsive and available if we had any questions. We felt totally at ease from the moment we arrived. Whether you’re passing through or staying a while, this spot is a gem. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!!

We stayed in an RV beach resort unoccupied space. There was cable, water, electricity and sewer hookup. It was a cement pad between two other residential trailers but they were empty since it was getting to be the summer low season as this resort. There was private access to several pools and the beach on the atlantic, but also some lounging park-like area on the Indian River as well. The location is close to restaurants, several other beach accesses. This i s a nice area to stay a while. The pool we visited was a short block from our camper and it was lovely. There was a hot tub, tennis courts and more.

Stay was fine… the cement pad we had wasn’t cleaned up around it… water leak on main line flood our cement pad. Owner did come over after I finally sent him a picture. Others at the park fixed it and he never check back with us.

Very nice and comfortable spot. Easy access to both the beach and river. Access to 3 pools was great especially the beach one. This is the first trip without any mosquito bites which is a WIN for me personally. No bugs, no noise. Just a relaxing weekend well spent. Dogs had a great time relaxing too. Anthony was a great host. We will definitely be back soon.

The resort is really lovely. Walk to the sunset on the river and the sunrise on the beach. 3 pools, hot tub, post office, laundry, all on site. Great place to ride your bike around the park. Everyone in the park was very friendly.
Our only issue was poor communication which could have been avoided by providing us with another resident's contact info. Anthony was out of the country and our check in was not smooth. Keys and access card were easy, but we needed BOTH gates to open so we could drive our truck and RV through. The access card only opened one gate. Office was closed and no local contact phone number given. We got in after 45 minutes only because a food truck was coming and someone opened both gates for them and us.

This is a great RV resort! The pier in the lagoon is awesome regular sightings of dolphins and manatees. The beach is not busy and less commercialized. Showers etc are all great. Highly recommend.

The spot sits in a gated community that sits between the ocean and the river with access to both. Think sunrise, sunset :) You also have access to 3 pool, a jacuzzi and pickleball courts.
Although, we didn’t get to use the amenities, I believe
we’d definitely would have enjoyed them… next time.

This place is awesome! We normally avoid RV parks but this didn't feel like a sardine can experience at all! The park is beautiful and has excellent facilities. There's tons of space and we felt private in our area. This is a lovely part of the beach in Florida's Space Coast. Away from the noise and party scene for Cocoa Beach but great restaurants are easy to find and the beaches are top notch.

Not very good communication with host. Site had a tree blocking half of the slot. No room to move around outside with the slide outs extended. Nice location with private access to beach though.
